章 35: The unexpected

There was nothing comforting about the way the day was going. I had received reports about two daytime Kralin attacks. No one had been killed because of the alertness of the guards and soldiers even though one soldier got very injured.

It was enough to get me thinking because I knew that it would not take long before the situation gets worse. And so Steele had gone to pay the priest a visit to inform him in setting a quick date for the marriage and the coronation ritual.

The preparation for the new Luna of the moon shadow pack. I felt anxious to know that I would soon be married to the she wolf called Hera. Rhea's step sister.

Thinking of Rhea made it all worse, for some reason thinking of made me feel unsettled.

It felt strange to me but at least, all I was doing was getting a Luna for myself and my lack. I did not have to like her and it did not have to change who I am. I have to do it as a duty to my people.
