Is this a MTL or what? always wrong names the author is bias on girls, the author depicts the MC as a low key almighty being world class chef he can cook everything, he can make world class cuisine with ordinary ingredients also chinese foods in this story are all top class. Soma the MC of food wars become a trash side character because of Zane ruined the flow of original story. Also that bullshit midnight chef a young man defeating all world class chef with 5 years exp in cooking. He is just a damn prick criminal threatening the defeated chef with his knife. The characters of this story are dumb and stupid not reporting that damn midnight chef. Also all organization in this story want to recruit our Mc but always rejected cause he cant cook outside of his system base tavern. And Erina in this story getting more corrupted by reading 18+ manga like yosuga no sora unlike the food wars she always read pure romance manga.

The translation is good and understandable but the names of the characters are frequently mixed up. ..................
Would have been really good if the name of the characters don't get switched up which makes the story confusing
Gary Stu protagonist. Good historical description of food. The author takes the groundwork Food Wars lays out, ruins it with Gary-Stu, and tries to salvage it with Slice of Life narration ala' Isekai Restaurant novel writing. The result is a story with nothing going for it in terms of plot development.
puedo decir honestamente que me encantan no solo esta sino casi todas tus historias no solo estan bien escritas sino que los sistemas no se vuelven redudantes o se convierten en el centro del fic realmente me encanto el final
if iIcould give less than one stat for the story development I'd give it that , the story is incredibly slow ,the protagonist other than the fact that you can see the Chinese food propaganda in every dish he makes doesn't get involved in the main story even a bit , the translator in the other hand is very good

Why would you still update or post a chapter if you can't even fix the names of the characters? This story has potential to be good.
It's a good Food War fanfiction!!! I like it!! 👍 It have a great story/plot and english/translate.. And grammar is quite good (there's a few wrong or switch from he/she, her/him, etc)... I don't mind translate Chinese story/mtl.. But author san, you still forget the name in your story (like first there a girl name is Taki, then you write her name is Sonoka next, then Takumi.. And the second when "Autumn Selection", the 4 final contestant is Alice, Ryo, Akira, and Soma, but next chapter there is 2 Ryo and Akira is gone.. And the third is the dish name, they have different name in a few latest chapter), maybe you need to check again before you post it.. I like this kind of story though.. Where MC open a restaurant, tavern, store, etc, and build/upgrade it next.. His system is great too.. I also MC/Zane interaction with another character, it's so great.. I love your story author sama.. Can't wait to see next chapter.. Keep up the great work 😁👍😍😍

I'm only giving stars because the translator's efforts otherwise the story is bad really 3 stars for translator and 1 for author

MTL but it is okayish. there are some faults in it that arent really translation errors but just straight up mistakes. a lot of names get swapped around and sometimes a wrong name gets repeated. Somas Dad and Takumi aldini are now friends apparently, Momo is sometimes the owner of SHINOS etc.
good read, character development and semi faithful to the original style of the work. MC is as always an OP char who will never lose and attract all the women, but at least the story has other events not directly involving them, so there's more to like about it other than it being a wish fulfilment kinda thing

The translation quality has increased ever since the first chapters. I hope you enjoy this fanfic. Also the length of the chapters have also gotten longer.

Good Fanfic, sadly it's disappointingly lacking in the proper translation department.
Enjoyable read, translation quality is good but could be better, and character design could be a bit better as well, but that is up to the original writer. In short, 4.6
the world background needs improvement ad it only revolves around the tavern I know the story is about the tavern but try to add more outside world as after some time it becomes boring and then readers leave reading the novel i advise the author to add more story of the outside world
I’ll give the story 2 stars at least for the authors work on the translation, but the story itself can be quite annoying. Firstly, this is a Chinese Story, translated from MTL to here, and with that this story has quite a bit of “China is superior” rhetoric. A few examples of this is the MC saying he’s from a “superior culinary nation” (China) and how earlier than that statement, he was speaking about how Japan can’t make certain pancakes the way they can in China. Beyond that, there’s some plot holes in the story. The main character is supposed to be from the Tang dynasty in China, yet seems to have knowledge about WebNovels, and even Food Wars as a whole. On top of that, the main character runs a restaurant and openly sells Sake (alcohol) to minors. All around, despite the translators efforts its pretty clear that Chinese nationalism is going to be quite present in this (but most likely dialed down by the translator, at least I would hope)

It's a good Food War fanfiction!!! I like it!! 👍 It have a great story/plot and english/translate.. And grammar is quite good (there's a few wrong or switch from he/she, her/him, etc)...
