章 36: The Hangover

The celebration of Feng and Tuzi's "union" went late into the night. By the time the villagers headed back to their homes, many were stumbling from the large amounts of rice wine and beer that was consumed in good spirit. Their voices could be heard laughing and singing merrily, even as they were falling over on one another, while heading to their destinations.

"Feng! FENG!!!" Chang yelled drunkenly to his student, while he was being supported by Wufei. "Take the cabin tonight! I will stay with Wufei. Show our fairy sister a good time! She's a beautiful and gracious wife. You are a lucky man!" he said cheekily, hiccuping with his eyes half closed.

Gosh, Feng wished that his teacher didn't yell that out loud in front of Tuzi. It might embarrass her.

But if he was waiting for Tuzi to display any maidenly sentiments about what was said, he would be sorely disappointed. Chang's words went way over her head as she didn't understand the suggestive comments at all.
