To truly reassure Reiju, it was necessary for Sanji to put on the Raid suit.
Reiju could only truly relax when the combat uniform on the ship was back to normal.
Currently, Ron was trying to convince Sanji to wear the Raid suit.
Sanji stood up abruptly, paying no attention to the Raid suit in front of him.
With his personality, he couldn't bear to be like Germa.
If Germa's strength were genuinely needed, Sanji wouldn't have stayed in East Blue for so many years.
Now, it wasn't just against Ron; it was against the might of Germa.
Reiju remained still, observing Sanji who was being knocked out repeatedly.
This was a path that every strong individual had to tread.
Moreover, Ron had been toying with Sanji from the start, using no real force at all.
Reiju had no reason to intervene.
Ron gazed at Sanji with a flat expression, sending him flying repeatedly, crashing into the training room wall. Yet, Ron's demeanor remained unchanged.
He was determined to make the Straw Hat Pirates stronger, enabling them to catch up with the Straw Hat Pirates in two years.
To achieve this goal, Ron knew he had to employ various means, as the current crew was relatively weak.
The first half of the Grand Line would conclude soon, and Whitebeard's execution was imminent. Ron couldn't afford to wait for two years.
He aimed to assemble a Four Emperors-level group within half a year if possible, using any means necessary.
Sanji was crucial as a combatant on the crew, not just an ordinary cook. If he was to be a fighter on the ship, he had to meet these expectations.
"Asshole!"
Sanji roared, but his voice reverberated against the wall.
His vision started to blur, and blood trickled from the corner of his mouth.
Although the additional injuries weren't fatal, the constant pain was eroding his nerves.
Sanji was becoming disoriented, unsure of his direction. He had reached a desperate point, where all his strength seemed futile against Ron.
His mastery of martial arts looked like child's play before Ron, easily countered.
"Boom!"
Sanji's eyes regained their determination as he shouted in anger, rising to his feet.
His legs began to emit a faint heat, and small flames ignited on his body.
His inner fury surged even stronger, filling his heart.
"Diable Jamble!"
With flames enveloping his legs, he charged forward recklessly.
As Raikiri swept toward him, his feet once again landed in mid-air.
"Walking on air!"
"It's the finishing touch!"
Intense flames rushed toward them, and Ron commented, "This is the trick of the Water 7 city~."
"Your learning is impressively quick."
"But it seems you've reached your limit, even with the battle suit."
Ron nodded approvingly, even though he hadn't worn his own battle suit. Sanji had indeed reached his limit.
It was a shortcut for Sanji to bypass half a year of detour.
The combat techniques of the Water 7 city had already been mastered. Such progress was commendable. Not even Luffy had advanced to the fifth gear. Ron wasn't pushing Sanji too hard either.
"Boom!"
Sanji's flaming legs descended forcefully, clashing with Raikiri in an instant, creating a fierce battle. Their combined power lifted dust and smoke around them, and Ron's feet left a deep footprint in the ground.
"Boom!"
Sanji's sweeping strike caused the surrounding flames to dissipate instantly. His body was sent flying backward, his eyes devoid of light. It was evident that Sanji had been knocked out.
"Heal Sanji!"
Reiju immediately instructed the android. Germa had no shortage of medical capabilities.
"After the treatment, you can take Sanji back. I'm very pleased to see his growth," Reiju remarked happily, even though Sanji hadn't put on his combat uniform. Despite that, he still displayed considerable power.
Reiju and the others had relied on their battle suits from the beginning to the end. One could only imagine the strength these suits provided.
Now, seeing Sanji discard the battle suit and follow a different path, Reiju couldn't help but feel excited. In the future, even without the battle suit, Sanji would be able to perform well at sea. Moreover, Sanji hadn't even mastered Armament Haki yet, which would further boost his strength in the future.
"You can trust my crew," Ron said with a smile, having completely forgotten about the sixth child's earlier behavior. Now, as Sanji's brother-in-law, it was only natural for Ron to do these things.
"Now that Sanji won't wake up for a while, let's head back and rest," Ron suggested with a knowing smile. His expression spoke volumes.
Reiju's face turned slightly red, but she didn't decline Ron's proposal. She followed Ron back to the room, where another intense battle began.
Cannonballs roared, and they advanced behind enemy lines. In the morning, Ron bid farewell to Reiju and left the snail boat with Sanji in tow. The small boat's motor roared as it sped forward, seemingly malfunctioning. Yet, neither Reiju nor the two individuals aboard felt any discomfort.
"Sanji, don't worry. Your business is my business from now on," Ron reassured Sanji, patting him on the shoulder.
"Huh?" Sanji looked at Ron blankly, his hopes shattered and the fire in his heart extinguished.
"Let your brother-in-law handle your marital affairs. There's nothing I can't do for you," Ron continued, offering a reassuring smile. "I know a lovely lady who would be perfect for you."
"I don't need that," Sanji retorted stubbornly. He didn't seem to have surrendered to Ron at all.
"Whether you need it or not, if you don't comply, I'll throw you onto Momoiro Island!"
"Have you heard? There's a place in the sea where a group of monsters resides. Even if you're a man, they have the ability to turn you into a woman. The leader possesses the Hormone-Hormone Fruit, granting them the power to alter your Body. There, they don't differentiate between men and women, only between "Okamas," Ron whispered in Sanji's ear. He seemed inclined to subject Sanji to the Okama Island experience, a trial fit for the strong in the sea.
"Are you a devil?" Sanji asked, horrified by the notion. He hadn't expected Ron to be so ruthless. An image flashed through his mind – himself running through the sunset, dressed in a skirt, with heavy makeup on his face and a coquettish demeanor. His once-handsome face would become rough, and he would forever lose his connection with the world.
Sanji's heart seemed to stop at that moment.
"Well, there's a trial there, and legends speak of hidden treasures. You could even obtain the 'Culinary Resilience' there. It's the secret of the Kamabaka Kingdom – a technique that enhances one's physical capabilities and aids in the rapid recovery of those who are severely injured or exhausted. Its taste is infused with inexplicable power. Doesn't it tempt you? It would make your cooking skills even better. You could become the world's greatest chef," Ron said, his eyes burning with excitement.
"Let's forget about that," Sanji replied with an awkward expression. "I haven't fully grasped the recipes you've given me yet. Let's focus on mastering those first before considering anything else."
Sanji truly didn't want to go to the monstrous Momoiro Island. He would rather die at sea than in a place like that. As a chivalrous man who loved beautiful women, the thought of being surrounded by Okamas was unbearable. The image of being trapped in such a place was enough to send shivers down his spine.
"Do you really not want to go?" Ron inquired, looking at Sanji with suspicion.
"I really don't want to go!" Sanji said firmly, gritting his teeth.
