章 17: Volume II: Konoha's Night Owl Chapter 17: Shisui
A week later Hiruzen gave Shisui and Bokuto the permission to clear up the suspicion on the Uchiha Clan, Danzo met with Hiruzen to discuss about the unrest that is going on with the village and the Uchiha Clan.
"The Uchiha are assembling again tonight." Danzo said with a stoic face to Hiruzen.
"I know about it as well. But we cannot interfere with their clan rituals." Hiruzen said with a calm face.
Hearing this anger slowly started well up inside Danzo and he said "Rituals indeed! They're going to fan the flames of distrust against usus, then use it to unite the clan. They are preparing for a couple d'etat."
Looking at Danzo, Hiruzen said "And the one to nip it in the bud is ..." Then looking at the door he said "Shisui."
As he said that the door opened and Shisui came in.
"Shisui Uchiha?" Danzo said.
"Shisui will attend the assembly. And if Fugaku Uchiha incites a rebellion... "
"I will use my Kotoamatsuami." Before Hiruzen could finish Shisui interjected.
"Your visual Jutsu." Danzo asked.
"He will have no clue that Shisui is controlling his actions. He will believe that his words are his own." Hiruzen said.
"I'm going to make Fugaku think about co-existence with the village." Shisui said.
Hearing this Danzo spoke "I don't think that controlling only Fugaku will put an end to the Uchiha's dissatisfaction."
"No. If the Uchiha will change, then we if thr Leaf must change too. Let us improve our relations with the Uchiha." Hiruzen said.
"That is my hope." Shisui told both of them after Hiruzen finished what he was saying.
"I will assign one ANBU behind the scenes. I'm counting on you, Shisui." Hiruzen told Shisui
"Yes sir." Shisui agreed with it.
Unknown to all three of them, Bokuto was listening in on their conversation in a different location and he thought 'So things are going as it should have gone. I just hope that this will be successful.'
As the time neared for the meeting in the Naka Shrine, Danzo called Shisui for a private meeting. As he's the one of the elder of thr village council and the Third Hokages teammate, he went to meet Danzo.
When Shisui reached the place he saw Danzo standing there alone, nearing him Shisui spoke "What is it, Lord Danzo? Its almost time for the assembly to start."
With his stoic face Danzo spoke "Even of you use your dojutsu on Fugaku to get the clan to cooperate, what if the village doesn't change?"
"Lord Hokage has promised to make it change."
"Even if Lord Third is satisfied, the distrust among the Leaf will not go away."
"I realize that. But in time... "
"Besides, someone who's always suspicious like me will never change. What will you do then?"
"But Lord Danzo. ... "
"When that time comes, will you use your Kotoamatsukami on me too?"
"I'm.. "
"Your Sharingan.... shall be in my safekeeping!"
Saying that he tried to pluck out the eyes of Shisui. But, at the last moment Shisui used Genjutsu on Danzo to stop him from doing anything.
"It's only Genjutsu.... You will snap out of it shortly." Saying that Shisui walked away from there. But before he could take his third step he was punched in his guts, and Danzo who was in the Genjutsu faded away from behind Shisui.
Just as he was about to take the eye of Danzo his right hand was cleanly sliced by a sword that had lightning element coating on it. As his right hand fell down on the floor, Danzo looked at the new arrival at the scene and said "What is the meaning of this Bokuto Nara?"
Picking up the arm from the floor, Bokuto made three shadow clones and gave it to the clones to protect and said "Well, I'm saving my friend from the hands of a warmonger."
"As I have thought. You're also a threat to the village." Taking two steps back, Danzo said "Take them down."
But no one came on his call, confused he looked at the place where his Root Ninjas where supposed to be and saw eight Jonins of Konoha subdued his personal guards. And seeing the one who is in the forefront, Danzo muttered "Wicked Eye Figaku."
"Danzo." That's all said by Fugaky.
Looking at Danzo, Bokuto said "If you surrender peacefully, you won't lose anymore of your limbs."
Danzo snorted at that and said "That was only a fluke, kid. Don't get it into your head."
Saying that he ran towards Bokuto, with the intend of kill.
Sighing Bokuto used his Swift release and easily sliced off Danzos right leg. As he lost his footing, Danzo fell down while screaming, and looking at Bokuto with a hateful face. But before he could react he was put in a Genjutsu by one of the Uchiha who came with Fugaku.
Looking at Danzo who is in Genjutsu, Bokuto spoke "Fugaku-san, I'll be taking him with me."
"Alright. But what about these guys?"
"Keep them in Genjutsu every time they try to break it."
"Okay."
Looking at the confused Shisui, Bokuto spoke "I'll tell you everything after this is finished."
Shisui nodded at Bokuto, trusting his friend, after that Bokuto teleported away from the spot.
As his friend left Shisui looked at Fugaku, seeing Shisui looking at him Fugaku said "He will explain it to you. That's what he told me to."
"I understand."
"Shishi, go and call Itachi, we need to go somewhere. And the rest of you guys."
"Yes sir."
"Keep an eye on them and make sure that they won't escape from your hands."
"Yes sir." The seven Uchiha clansman obeyed their Clan Head.
At the Nara Clan compound, Bokuto appeared with Danzo and made sure that he was still in Genjutsu and made him go unconscious, by pressing some of the pressure points on Danzos neck.
After that was done he went and found his uncle Shikaku Nara, seeing Bokuto in the Clan compound Shikaku was confused so he asked Bokuto "What are you doing here? Did you finish the mission?"
"I'm not here for that." Taking a deep breath he said to Shikaku "Uncle, I need your help to call in an emergency meeting with the Hokage and all the Clan Heads in the Village."
"Why?" Shikaku asked him.
Taking a deep breath, Bokuto started to tell Shikaku everything that he have done in the past week after making sure that there were no one spying on them.
After hearing all that, with a grave face Shikaku asked Bokuto "What you've said now, is that all true?"
"One hundred percent true. This why I'm asking you to arrange a meeting in an hour."
Nodding at Bokuto, Shikaku stood up from his seating position and said "Fifteen minutes. In fifteen minutes, all the clan heads will be in meeting room with Lord Third."

章 18: Volume II: Konoha's Night Owl Chapter 18: Danzo
In the meeting room next to the Hokage office we can see Hiruzen Sarutobi The Third Hokage, Homura Mitokado and Koharu Utatane the council elders, Hyuga Clan Head Hiashi Hyuga, Aburame Clan Head Shibi Aburame, Kurama Clan Head Murakumo Kurama, Inuzuka Clan Head Tsume Inuzuka, Nara Clan Head Shikaku Nara, Yamanaka Clan Head Inoichi Yamanaka, Akimichi Clan Head Chouza Akimichi, Uchiha Clan Head Fugaku Uchiha, sitting on their respective seats. And behind Fugaku, Itachi Uchiha and Shisui Uchiha stood left and right.
All of them have been in the meeting room for half n hour, so losing her patience Tsume Inuzuka spoke first "Shikaku, is there anyone else that is not present to start the meeting?"
Instead of Shikaku, it was Homura Mitokado who spoke "Council elder Danzo is not present. We will wait until he reach here."
Hearing this Tsume just grumbled while sitting in her seat. Suddenly the door to the meeting room was opened and to the surprise of everyone, the last living Senju Clan came in and stood in front of everyone.
With a surprised face The Third Hokage spoke first "Tsunade? Why are you here?"
"I don't know. I just got here now, by someone who can use Flying Thunder God Jutsu." Tsunade said.
Hearing this Hiruzen knew it was Bokuto who bought her to the village and he thought 'Where is this going Bokuto?'
Hearing what Tsunade said, the Clan Heads were surprised, because the last known person to use this Jutsu is the fourth Hokage. Before their surprise was dying down an ANBU operative with an Owl mask entered the room with Danzo Shimura, who have lost his both right hand and right leg, on his shoulders.
When the elders saw their old friend crippled, they lashed out at the ANBU by saying "What is the meaning of this?" Homura asked the ANBU.
"Who did this to him?" Koharu asked the ANBU.
Not answering them the Owl masked ANBU just stood there in silence, while he was intently observed by Tsunade, Hiruzen and all the Clan Heads not knowing what this is all about.
Before the elders could lash out again at the ANBU Shikaku Nara the one who called for the meeting stood up. As he stood up, the room became silent.
Looking at the ANBU, who is Bokuto Shikaku nodded and started to speak "Lord Third Hokage and the clan council members, I called this meeting after finding out some grave crimes that has been committed against our village Konoha and founders of our village."
Saying that he took out a scroll and unsealed it. After the smoke was cleared a white hand was present on the table, seeing this all the clan heads present were confused, and the only one who had any kind of reaction was Tsunade. As soon as she saw that hand, she sensed something, something that was deep in her memory. Before she could ask anything about it, Shikaku spoke "This hand, is an artificial hand creates using the cell of our First Hokage, Hashirama Senju."
Hearing this, everyone was surprised and then furious. Looking at Shikaku, Hiruzen asked "Who?"
"Danzo Shimura and Orochimaru." The answer came from the ANBU.
Looking at him Hiruzen asked "What are you implying, Bokuto?"
Getting the mask off of his face, Bokuto spoke "Hokage-sama, when you gave me the mission to avert the possible coup d'état by the Uchiha Clan, I got some information that is related to the hand made by the cells of First Hokage."
The clan heads after hearing about the coup started to glare daggers at the three Uchiha that was present in the room, but they kept their silence.
Looking at the Hokage Bokuto continued "The information I got was the meeting between, missing nin Orochimaru and Danzo. I tailed them and was able to hear their discussion on the artificial hand. I wanted to inform this to you Hokage, but I thought about how you gave me the mission to avert the Coup d'état by Uchiha, so I met up with Fugaku Uchiha, the Clan Head for his assistance."
They looked at him like he was some kind of am idiot. Seeing this he just sighed and said "I know, it's idiotic to do that, with a clan that was planning on revolution. But, they were under the suspicion of the village higher ups and in their monitoring, Fugaku-san tried for a peaceful approach, same with Hokage-sama. But it was foiled due to the advice from Danzo and the other two council members."
Hearing this Homura said "What do you mean by that. It was the right thing to do."
"Look, if you two speak again, I will just chop of your tongues like I did with his right hand and right leg." Bokuto said that while pointing at the still unconscious Danzo, with a menacing smile.
"Are you threatening us? Do you…. "
Before they could finish Hiruzen loudly said "Silence." As there were no more sounds in the meeting room, Hiruzen said "No one is allowed to speak anymore, until he finishes his explanation. Bokuto, I need full details on what is going on."
"Hai Hokage-sama."
Under the order of Hiruzen, Bokuto started to tell them "Danzo Shimura, have interest in the Sharingan, and he even had one or two with him." Saying that he opened the right eye of Danzo and asked Hiashi "Hyuga Head, can you use your Byakugan to check it?"
"Yes." Saying that he observed the eye, and after seeing it he said "That is a Sharingan eye. But not his it was surgically implanted on him."
When they got the confirmation they were taken back by this information. Bokuto seeing this continued his explanation "He wanted more of the Sharingan, because of that he wanted the revolution to happen, so he could harvest the eyes of the Uchiha Clan after their demise. Before you shout at me, here's the evidence." He gave a fabricated evidence to the council, they believed it so continued "With these evidence, I also got some other evidence that proves, that Danzo was the one who leaked the information about the mission that was taken by Sakumo Hatake, and the rumours that was spread in the village after the mission was also dine by Danzo. So, we could say that Danzo Shimura was the cause of loosing Konohas White Fang. Then there is the information on the near extinction of the Senju clan, and the attack on the Uzumaki clan, was done with the help of Danzo."
Hearing this Tsunade asked "What did you say?"
"This is why I brought you here, Tsunade-sama. Danzo, leaked the information about the missions taken by the Senju clan members and also leaked the information about the Fuinjutsu shields in the Land of Whirlpool. Thanks to these information, the other four villagers acted on it and slowly started to bring down the count of Senju clan members."
The clan heads now have forgotten about the revolution of Uchiha, and looked at Danzo and the elders with bloodlust.
"Here is the evidence I got from the Root HQ. With that there is also information about, how the Third Ninja war was started. Danzo dispatched his Root agents to look like Iwa Shinobis and attacked the Kumo and did the vice versa. Another evidence shows us that he have even sent his Root Ninja to assassinate Lord Third."
Hearing this they looked at Hiruzen for confirmation and he nodded in affirmation for their unasked question.
After going through all of the evidence, Hiruzen looked at his old teammate and sighed. Then he looked at Bokuto and asked "How did you capture him?"
"Well as to avert the revolution, I asked for the support of the Konoha Police force, and Fugaku-san agreed with me to apprehend the criminal. When we were about to arrest him, he was going to steal the Sharingan of Shisui Uchiha. The Root agents are all tagged, so they won't be able to escape from the village."
"Good." Then looking at clan heads he said "After all of this revelations, I'm declaring Danzo Shimura as the traitor of the Konoha village and his punishment will be execution."
