章 75: A promise for the future

His exchange with Jamal made Xaloc smile as he walked to Lux's dorm. His steps were light and quick as he went in the opposite direction of the clinic to the Starry Blue Clinic. Xaloc stepped through the gate and he made eye contact with a tall youth that was training with fireballs.

Wasn't this Ivan?

"Good Day!" Xaloc greeted. The moment the other heard his voice and looked up to see who was talking to him, his eyes widened and he turned and rushed to his room.

Xaloc was confused, wasn't it Lux that had dealt with Ivan, why was he the one being treated like an executioner?

This thought did not stay in Xaloc's mind for close to two seconds as he turned and walked to Dorm 5C, knocking quietly on the door.

There was a little ruckus and arguing before Lux opened the door.

His eyes widened for a second before an expression of relief spread through his face.

"Welcome back!" Lux said with a grin.
