Rosa jumped in front of the stall. The smell of roasted meat made her stomach grumble. It has been a long time on the road.

“You were hungry?” Darce inclined his head.

“Do you not smell this?” Rosa turned around to look at him with big eyes and almost drooling.

She licked her lips as the seller fanned the grill with a hand fan. It was made out of the husk of plum trees. The dusty brown circular fan was waved at the grill as the spectators watched with curiosity.

“This is the best skewers you will get in this area. I can make skewers out of meat, vegetables, fruits name it gentlemen you make the choice I grill it for you. I have magic in my hands.” The seller wiggled his fingers attracting the crowd with his words.
