Rosa could not understand what was going on. She was shocked. Even though Darce was her husband, he would be cautious and rarely show such emotions. He would come over to give hugs but this was different there was an intensity in his eyes.

His words were making her shiver. Rosa was worried about what to reply to his question.

“Rosa, I am waiting for an answer.” His head was close to her shoulder, if Darce bowed a little more his lips would touch her skin.

Rosa was having a hard time taking a breath. “I ….. I … I told … you, I was ignoring it ….. for .. well… there were other things more important.”

Rosa somehow managed to talk while being nervous. Darce chuckled. As he rubbed his cheek on hers and hugged her a bit tighter, he was careful not to touch the waist. Suddenly without a warning, he moved to pick her up in his arms.

“Darce what ….” Rosa was still in shock.

She was confused as to what he was planning.
