Rosa collapsed in the roots of the tree and stretched her legs. Her hand rubbed her eyes as she stretched her limbs. The cracking sound made her groan; her mind was screaming for her to return, but Rosa thought her body was the best solution, for now, to collapse somewhere without the crowd. She sighed as she leaned back on the trunk. Her hand tried to remove the weapon from her side. However, the place where her weapon was supposed to be was empty.
Rosa thought for a while. ‘I did not take back my duals from Commander Tristan.’
Her shoulder slagged again, disappointed for the second time. “Today, I am not making any good decisions.”
She sighed. “What are you trying to decide, Princess?”
A voice made her neck arch toward the sound. She knew this voice. “Sir Burassca, I didn't expect you to be here.”
An exhausted smile was formed on her face. “You can say I followed you here.”
