The rest of the time in the forest went by really strange. Number four came back with reinforcement. The rest of the troops consisted of a mixture of ghosts and the soldiers from the empire. They did not talk with anyone much but started the cleaning of the place.

They took away the disfigured bodies and bones of the victims. The ghosts stood on the side only giving account s to what they found.

“Don’t you think this was really fast end of the mystery of this forest?” Number Seven stood beside Rosa.

She nodded with him. “The mystery ended really fast but I am glad it did.”

They watched the corpses being moved to the wooden carriage. One of the stretchers carried a figure covered in a white cloth. A wrinkle skinned hand fell from the corner of the cover. Her eyes fell on the hand of the man. She was having a second thought of killing the old man.
