Lana shook the remaining snow on her body and scoffed loudly, not even bothering to hide the disgust on her face, when she heard them. From the look in their eyes, she understood what had actually drawn them toward Kace.

Lana then helped Kace to unwrap Hope from behind his back while the other people were still watching them. They gasped loudly when they saw a little girl emerge from behind him, wearing thick jacket and blanket. 

Immediately, one of the nurses brought a stretcher with her and let Kace put Hope on it, at this time, the little girl clutched onto him tightly. 

She didn't want to be far from him. 

"Kace…" She whined unconsciously, her brows furrowed as her eyes remained closed shut. Her expression showed the amount of pain she was enduring now.
