Raine, and Calleb was walking along the corridor. Then, they both went to the first floor, heading towards Torak's office that was on the left side. From the distance, Calleb could hear Jenedieth, and Torak's conversation. But, in order to hear them, Raine needed to get a little bit closer. After all, she was only human. Unlike Calleb, her hearing ability had its limit.

Calleb frowned the moment he grasped the subject matter that Torak, and Jenedieth were talking about inside the office. Although the whole conversation was seemingly dominated by Jenedieth, he could also hear Torak who seemed to only be giving a short reply to Jenedieth.
