章 319: James and the Shadow Mercenaries

Oliver and Specter were walking around a country to the east of Berdonia. The citizens of this country seem to be unaffected of what was going on in the bigger world. To them the war was a foolish thing the bigger countries decided to do. In this little country called Linowa that was at the edge of the continent, the mercenary system wasn't being used. This was a country that had little military power, but because it was being shielded by the bigger country of Berdonia and two other friendly countries, it didn't feel the need to strengthen their own military power. In fact they found the idea of military power sickening.
