I would like to suggest that the system gets an update, things are only going to get more chaotic in marvel and he may need to get to space to help upgrade his tech and leaving earth if hard to do with Hydra around, so how about he get to us 3 games at once but only can sink with on template at a time while he can now ether summon the characters of the game and/or grant a template to those the system deems completely trust worthy/loyal to him. As for a character from each game for him 'Genshin Impact' Neuvillette full power, basically a Water Dragon God on a planet that's mostly water with a home base that's a port city. 'Injustice 1&2' Brainiac, he should start seeing about making space defenders for earth, and terraforming mars for mutants live on, 2nd Doomsday because adaptive evolution is a power that will be needed. 'League of Legends' Azir because being army of sand soldiers that strength is superhuman would be helpful to have for when a next invasion happen or when he needs them to deal with a Hydra army, as well as make a fortress city with sand magic if needed. As for ones to summon or give template to, 'GI' the widows Arlecchino, Beidou, Raiden Shogun. 'Injustice' Pietro-Flash, Widows-Catwoman, Harley Quinn, Hawkgirl, Killer Frost, Raven, Wonder Woman, Zatanna, Black Canary, Starfire, Supergirl, Poison Ivy. 'LOL' Natasha-Elise, Wanda-Kai'sa not only for the powers but also to strengthen and fortify her mind with Kai'sa's crazy willpower & tenacity.

well increasing the template should get him all of Dante's weapons, and if he needs 2 more template to go to the next game I would say Vergal and Nero so in the end he would have his own special sin trigger form and stacking he strength is a good idea given what's in his future when fighting powerful beens.
a mixture of both is best in my opinion. Just need to know when to have a detailed dialogue and when you need a more general overview or time skip to give a overall view on the story's path between the more detailed part that are needed.
If I was him I would first make a lesser atronach with a small ruby, break it to get the fire salt. Then take that fist sized ruby, fire salt, dragon iron, and the solar materials he gets from the sun to throw into the atronach forge. Lastly have Nazgol us her flames on it to make a Spirit Sol Flame Atronach.
P.S. the story I talk about would be multiversal.
I like the story and the fun Lucas has with the world government.If the writer is ok with it I'd like to ask to make my own story with a simple concept but a spirit system not a ghost system. That uses shock point to not only summon ghost to scary, but spirits/spiritual beens, and people with spirit based powers from our world, anime, manga, games, cartoons, movies, and est.
I also think Perona will try and go to the MC to be his ghost queen to his king.

I didn't Think much of death. Sure I thought the afterlife or reincarnation was real, and that theirs a hands off, sink or swim kind of god out their. I wasn't one to ask god for help all the time or blame every thing on the devil. Humans need to walk on their on two feet and if you mess up that's on you.
