It is a part of her personality. She tries to be kind when she can, but the moment you attack her or target her in a less than civil way, she will hit back with double the force. She gave the order to takeover those companies because she wishes to stabilise her position within America and the world. If she can get access to multiple large companies peacefully, she will, but in business peace is very rarely an option. Wayne Enterprises, LexCorp and Stark Industries are some of the biggest companies that are present in America and she needs to at the very least, match them.
Let's be honest, she'd probably become a Chaos Lord.
Beside that man was a woman with a fiery attitude, laying her hands on the shoulders of a Sasuke-aged kid... Naruto. But, what made me even more shocked was the presence behind them, a young girl with bright red hair and bright blue hair.
