I would suggest dissecting what Rhongomyniad has been used or is used for. Like a pseudo storage/ark for souls (Camelot singularity), Tactical Holy Light Nuke, something that locks and stabilizes layers of reality (reality anchor), could be used to seal things (not really efficient and a tad over the top for sealing things), can pierce layers of reality, technically a massive conceptual tower at the world's end (basically a fortress/ tower base), a divine weapon or construct in Morgan's case, and Goddess Rhongomyniad used the spears power (probably in tandem with the holy grail) to modify servant Saint graphs (Granting Gwain eternal Sunlight, etc.), maybe a moderate-low degree of reality warping or modification, like say removing Vali's Holy weakness. Essentially make spells from certain aspects of the spear of Beginning.
I want to give that spell to Le Fay as her ultimate magic.
