Vaan spoke as he stared right into the professor's eyes without a spec of fear on his face.

"Heh."

The Professor, however, just chuckled at Vaan's words and,

"Most students here put in so much effort, trying to get their hands on more and more number of Excellence Stars just so they could meet the Headmaster of the Academy and get pointers from him and you want to meet him because you want to 'help him correct the Academy Rules?'
