Bab 82: Queen (4)

Kane was insane, but at the very least, he wasn't a lunatic that would sacrifice the peace of others just to increase his chances of survival against a monster. So, he decided not to use fire against the bees.

After spending a few hours allocating the flammable liquids to another region and using it later to attack the knights, Kane sat on the ground. He began to focus his senses on the upcoming battle. No matter what happens, he would be forced to fight against the queen bee and against its soldiers at the same time. He would be able to kill more than a few of the small fries using trees, but the chances of that working against their leader was close to none.

"My best plan of action is to kill the small fries like that and then lure the queen bee to a place where the creature will have difficulties to keep its speed while flying."
