"This is your problem, Charles. You say you want to live in a society with humans, but you believe that mutants are above the law. It doesn't matter if you're a human or a mutant, if you kill someone, you have to be arrested for it," said Jack.
"The same goes for the mutants in the Brotherhood of Mutants. They've killed many people, they need to be arrested too. The police will take care of them," said Jack.
"Hahaha, you say you're going to send us to the police. What can common prisons do to me or other mutants? You should send us to a special place, different from where human criminals are sent," said Magneto.
"I've seen the news, Battle Sage. I know you've partnered with a lab to create cures for villains with special powers. I was impressed to hear that you've cured 5 villains, you took their powers away, you didn't cure them," said Magneto.
"Now you must be planning to do the same with mutants like us. You must be creating a cure to take away what was rightfully given to us. You want to take away our powers and call it a cure," shouted Magneto.
When Magneto said this, the X-Men were shocked. They hadn't read the news, but they didn't think Magneto was making it up. If Jack was really considering creating a cure for mutants, it meant that it was a lie when he said he considered them equal to humans.
Rogue was particularly worried and afraid of this. She knew that when Jack helped her control her powers if he wanted to, he could have taken away her mutant powers.
Rogue didn't know if Jack would do that, but he had the ability to do so, and hearing that he was curing other villains, she couldn't help but think that he might have the same thought about curing the mutants in the Brotherhood of Mutants.
Jack realized that the X-Men were worried after hearing what Magneto said. Jack was even more hurt to realize that Anna was still worried and afraid of him even after all these years of being close to him.
Jack remembered what Wanda did in the comics and knew that he could do the same, but he never thought about taking away the powers of all mutants. He preferred to kill Magneto and the other Brotherhood of Mutants mutants than take away their powers.
The reason for this was to not make mutants afraid that he could take away their powers, but now that Magneto had said this, mutants would always be afraid of him, and Jack didn't want to erase their memories to avoid this. He didn't even know if he could completely erase Jean Grey's memory because of the Phoenix inside her.
"I've let you talk too much, Magneto. Let me think of a way to put you in prison forever to pay for your crimes," said Jack angrily.
"Wait, Battle Sage, please give Magneto and the Brotherhood of Mutants mutants a second chance. Don't arrest them this time. I will talk to them," said Charles.
"They've already had a second chance, Charles. Actually, they've had several chances because you negotiated that with the government, but they never change," said Jack.
"But now it will be different. The Brotherhood of Mutants mutants knows now that you can capture all of them. I will talk to them so that if you see them committing a crime again, you can arrest them," said Charles.
Jack looked at Charles and the other X-men. He had spent almost two years with them and had become friends with them, especially with Anna. So he would give them this chance this time in the name of this friendship, but if it happened again, he would have no mercy.
"Okay, Charles, I'll do it in the name of my friendship with the X-men, but it will only be this time. Mutants who committed murder won't have another chance and will go to prison," said Jack.
"I understand. Thank you for giving me this opportunity, Battle Sage," said Charles.
"Wait, you arrested Mystique before we got here, release her too," said Magneto when he realized he was going to be released.
"Don't mistake my kindness for weakness, Magneto, don't think of ordering me around again," said Jack, annoyed.
"You arrested Mystique? Battle Sage, please release my mother, just this once, I'll talk to her," said Rogue upon learning that Jack had arrested Mystique.
Jack looked at her and his heart ached, Mystique would be a threat to mutants anyway, so he decided to release her this time. Mystique appeared on the floor unconscious and bleeding after Jack fought with her.
Jack didn't want to deal with these mutants that only annoyed him anymore, so he opened a portal and returned to New York. He called Natasha to ask her to speak to some contacts she had in the government about these mutants who killed people in Germany.
Natasha understood that it was a complicated matter because it involved mutants she had only heard of and involved a crime that happened in another country, but soon she managed to find someone from Interpol.
This Interpol agent showed up after a few hours and took the mutants that Jack had arrested. Natasha had already explained who the mutants were and that they had killed people in Germany and Jack had arrested them, so the Interpol agent just took the mutants and said he would take them to Germany.
As Jack was an Avenger, he didn't have to explain many things, several cameras had already shown what the criminals were like, so everything became easier. Thus Jack returned to his home and began to think about how to deal with mutants in the future.
Thus, another 4 months passed, and Jack now had a strength of 1425 tons. As he was already the strongest person on Earth, the increase in strength was more useful for improving his defense, agility, speed, and regeneration than for strength.
During these months, Jack spent most of his time relaxing. During this time, he also trained his magic every day, using the time stone and the reality stone, and was getting better every day.
Jack also helped in the training of Wanda, who was getting stronger every day. Jack thought she improved a little slower than him. If it weren't for the fact that she only improved in chaos magic, Jack would think she had unlimited potential in magic too.
