another trash fake op mc. depaiee authors that put fake tags on novels to bait people. got to 117 but it becomes obvious hes bot op, hes struggling too much and I'm not here for that. was kinda interesting but it got ruined, there's potential for a nice wife in the future that he teases but considering the fake op tag this will probably also not be romance it will be a harem
At first it was good the idea was spending money yet in the later chapter the main essence is gone with the system bring it back... The money slapping to defeat the enemy..
Garbage, i know we all use this word alot around here but my god i can't find any other word to describw this thing. The first 60-70 chapters were pretty fun to read and i though this would be the next system novel to pop off but then it was as if the author didn't want to write a system novel anymore and instead started a generic plot line about immortality, dude, i came to read a system novel, if i wanted to read a adventure novel i would just go re-read legend of the great sage. The mc is the plainest thing ever, no desires, no motivatoon, no real thoughts, he just reacts to whatever happens in front of him, the side-characters? what side-characters? completely forgettable.

Story is great.. i'm constantly waiting for the new chapter .. awesome my type story great development great character non hypocritic main character what else can can you ask for
this was actually not bad. I don't understand why people hate it. even when his personality changes he is still pretty silly.
Author is a decent storyteller but the system concept is stupid. System asks MC to spend money or certain treasures. But the treasure comes from the system. All the MC needs to do is give it away in a given time duration. And the plot armor guarantees that the resources the MC have is what the clan or the situation requires urgently. No effort at all. Then he gets rewarded with system point to spend on OP skills or equipment.
Nothing new, but i still enjoy this story! So the only - is chapters are too small. And you really need to beat translator so he work harder.
Actually, this novel could be interesting for the newbies but for me who have read quite a lot of cultivation and system type novel, it becomes quite boring and system feels quite a lot controlling type, mc doesn't have his own thinking capabilities, everything is overhyped, everyone becomes his enemies just because he spends money, a lot of asskissing, ugh... so author should understand why I gave these ratings. don't judge me by the level I'm at because I have read quite a lot of novels from other websites and apps too and they don't even ask for money like this Webnovel app but I still use it to read the starting instead of random picking.

the story good, with good characters perfecting every scene. I consider it as one of the best and I love it. it's very good and decent.

Mc is super rich but the drawback is that character depends much on the system rather than his own comprehension. Other than that there story for other characters also. Other than that pretty good start for a face slapping story.

~~ As of Chapter 40~~ If you did not read far or if you did a basic skim I like to point thing other neglectto mentioning their review. The main character does not just casually listen to the system. He gain prodigal points based off spending money or the use of his products held previously owned or gained through the system in a prodigal manner. However, it doesn't count if he just casually use it without purpose (under-value it or if he over uses it just to spend it (over-value it basically being someone else cash cow just to spend) so you have to have to use it in a reasonable manner to get system points. As for listening to the system he gets random missions where he has the option to accept or not there is no punishment from not accepting he just won't get the potential rewards and if he does accept he just has to complete the mission, which is normally just the qualitative amount spent or use in a specific item or currency in a reasonable manner within a certain period of time and if he fails he just get points taken from him it's does not damage him (so no attribute reduction like some system novels) so if he find the mission received inconvenient or he doesn't like it he can totally not do it so. he's not just casually following the system. He can use those points to upgrade his attribute or upgrade his techniques but he does not have to do missions if he doesn't want to as you can also get points just by squandering currency and his products the regular way it's just not as fast as doing missions It says that he was bored of being rich not that he didn't want to be rich or he can care that he was rich in his past life he was already a second generation son he wanted something different this life he wanted to focus on cultivation as this was a fantasy world but he was crippled and he was handed the system although it also still spending money now it gives him a chance to cultivate so why not and that you can tell he not someone to casually provoke people and he barely goes to heavily retaliate unless someone seriously tries to step on him as he normally very casual about thing slice of life style. Some even said he was pointlessly spending in his missions. However, he joined a newly created sect each of his actions not only help himself but the livelihood and and security of him and his fellow sect members. There are plenty of other.things that can be but I won't all I can say is read it and give it a try as I feel a portion of the reviews the poster only read part of it non at all or just skimmed read I give as my current 5/5 as I enjoyed the read and that enough for me for me.

It’s unoriginal there was a story a lot earlier than this where the mc was given money to develop games if he failed he would be able to make a lot more than if he succeeded so he kept praying that he would lose money but always ended up making amazing games
I wont lie this sounds like Rebirth of the Godly Prodigal (Hong Dali) and Losing Money to be a Tycoon (Pei Qian) but in a cultivation world setting, Ill definitely love this!

I run across this while looking up the Manwa version. I cannot believe it so different. I enjoy it. Ye Xuanis so mysterious that people wonder who he is. He also state his just an ordinary Elder from a small Sect in a forgotten corner of the country, which suprised people and they don't believe it. The miracle that he performed all are Heaven Defining shocking people to point that they even think he is a saint in disguise. the funny when it make a call back to "Battle though the heavens", I laughed. I look forward to the rest of the story.
