Bab 90: Evolving into something unknown

After I wake up I used to meditate or take a walk as I couldn't sleep after I woke up. But today I didn't want to leave the bed and continued lying down.

This wasn't the usual me. My body wanted to have a desperate rest, my body was undergoing fatigue as if I had carried a ton of weight for a long time. I am very sensitive to my body condition as they are a part of me. My body never tries to slack but if they do something must be wrong with me. I was always sensitive with my body response. I trust myself then I trust my thoughts,gut feeling and also body instinct too.

My body could produce the strongest antibody that could cope up with any disease so I can't be infected or ill.
