Bab 1866: A taste of past

As soon as the house was set on fire, the guards who were patrolling the city were shocked. They all looked at the raging fire and then turned to look at one another before running to the gongs that were kept at the centre of the city. 

"Run! Run for your life! The city lord has been killed." 

The entire city was thrown into chaos as soon as the emergency gongs started to ring. 

Yu Dong looked at the chaotic situation and didn't say anything before she disappeared into one of the alleys and headed out of the city. Of course she was not going to kill these people without letting them have a chance to survive. As for whether or not they could escape before the army arrived at the city, it depended on their luck and wits.
