Tulis ulasanThis story blends paranormal romance with gothic fantasy in a fun way that feels great if you're a fan of vampire and paranormal romance but you're a bit tired of the same stories recycled over and over. Rather than your typical hapless high schooler with one inexplicable ability vampires just can't seem to resist, the MC is for once that way more interesting witch who always somehow ends up the side character. Perhaps more importantly to me, this story isn't set in a high school. It's a gothic fantasy set during the time all the interesting flashbacks usually are. If you're interested in a change of pace, a more interesting setting, and a dynamic between the MC and her vampire which has more push and pull in it, or if you'd rather see a lady vampire for once, it's definitely worth giving a read. It's the kind of story that really draws you in and builds the world around you the more you read it.
This is probably one of the greatest novels I have read on this site. The world draws you in with multifaceted characters and of overarching plots. Each character feels real and as much as I dislike Owain, he is a phenomenal character. Each different POV pushes the story forward into new heights and I never felt there was a slow or boring part to this novel. I have binged this book from chapter 1 to chapter 363 in 2 days and it has me heavily considering if I want to purchase privilege chapters, which I never thought I would do. The prose is excellent and if you have the chance I would highly recommend you read this book.

The story is great, it's very unusual, without system, reincarnation, or anything like that, I love stories like that, they always capture me extremely easily.
it's 10/10 .everything i can think is great in this story . especially characterization .the characters have distinct personality and the mc herself Ashlyn is pretty smart and it shows .No annoying cliches and overdramatic storyline .it's just perfect .The author definitely knows what he/she is doing (atleast until now ).I am impressed , keep doing up the good work .

The Vampire & Her Witch offers an intense and captivating mix of dark magic, betrayal, and a fight for survival. The plot dives deep into forbidden powers, political intrigue, and the pull between life and death. The relationship between Ashlynn and the vampire Nyrielle adds a thrilling dynamic, with plenty of mystery and tension. A perfect read for fans of dark fantasy and supernatural romance.
The pacing of the story is just right, giving us enough time to know all the characters and understand them. the world building is intriguing and the characters are great and well fleshed out. I love the descriptive writing. 10/10 would definitely recommend shout out to the writer
So far it has been a enjoyable story. We get world build weaved in as we start to follow the 2 as they begin to understand each other with their different backgrounds & races. Nicely written scenes & interactions as the story build up. Let's see where the story will go.
I enjoyed the descriptive immersive writing that allowed me to easily imagine what was going on. The level of detail feels sometimes excessive, yet I enjoy it since it matches the style of this author. The world building is nice, and characters feel life-like. Its so well written, that I can't help but sympathize with our protagonist who wasn't able to live her life as a normal girl because of something she had no control over. I won't spoil it for you. Highly recommended.
I really liked how the MC and FL’s relationship developed—it wasn’t one of those instant love-at-first-sight things but something that took time to grow, which made it feel more natural. The worldbuilding is solid and takes its time, leaning more into the lore than comedy. The romance is there, but it’s pretty chaste, focusing more on their connection than anything too explicit. What I really liked is that the antagonists aren’t just your typical, mindless villains. They actually have a brain, and while they’re ruthless, they make smart moves based on what benefits them the most. It’s not just about being evil for the sake of it—they have their own goals, and they play their cards carefully. There are a few typos here and there, but nothing major that takes away from the story. Overall, it’s a slow burn with a great mix of character growth, power struggles, and tension that keeps you hooked. If you’re into well-developed worlds and characters that actually change over time, it’s definitely worth checking out.
Super refreshing to read a well-composed fantasy novel with interesting characters, that doesn’t centre around a system, reincarnation or any of those exhausted tropes. The writing is top-notch, well above the average standard found on this platform. Appreciate the exploration / reflection on discrimination and divisions in society also, giving the novel substance layered on top of rich world building. Nicely done Author - looking forward to more by you.
It is... just so good. There are other reviewers more eloquent than myself, but of all the books I've dived, few have made me regret not having a physical copy like this one.
After I've read 100+ chapters it's time for a first review. I think this book is splendid, absolutely loved it. It has very intriguing plot, that hooks you from the first chapter, vivid characters and a good balance of action, romance and adventures. There are no reincarnated people or systems, just a good old fantasy world with its own set of rules and lore, where characters live, no artificial, plastic taste of it. Yuri is definitely not a main dish (at least - not a single one, so I can recommend the book for everyone) and relationship between main heroines are unusual, they are bound by the spell, something similar to contracted marriage. Many thanks to the author!
