Having reached the gate leading into the core of the capital city, Xuan Hao could not help feeling a bit surprised as he saw the two guards standing on either side of the gate.

Even from a glance, it was obvious that these two guards had both reached the Domain Lord Realm. Not only that but they were above the Third Stage of the Domain Lord Realm and should at the very least have reached the Fourth Stage of the Domain Lord Realm!

Two experts at least in the Fourth Stage of the Domain Lord Realm acting as simple guards in front of a gate was more than enough for one to understand just how powerful the imperial family of the Sky Empire was… And that was not mentioning the fact that there was more than one entrance into the core of the capital that should be guarded by similarly powerful experts!
