When humans and beasts reached the King rank, they would have to transform their body into a spiritual body, but spirits already had spiritual bodies, hence, while they needed excessive amounts of energy, they did not have to transform their bodies.

Xue Wei was aware that their bodies would be changed when they became King ranked experts, but he was not sure how. He did not know much about the ranks above the Saint rank, but now was not the time to consider it either.
