Wandering Know-it-all had been lying low for some time. Ever since he created the amazing log that had been acknowledged by the system, he had been working hard beyond everyone's sight. 

On that day, however, he suddenly announced on the last page of the log to all martial artists that he would make a series of changes to the ranking boards. 

The standards for Rich Rank were not changed. It continued using everyone's wealth as its standard for ranking the people, but the requirements for every other ranking board had been changed.
