Several portals leading to the Heart of the Ocean Bitwall were blocked by the military; they prohibited free access. A large number of wizards were guarding to prevent any people harboring evil intentions into the Heart of the Ocean Bitwall.

"Most of the portals leading to the Heart of the Ocean Bitwall are sealed!" The drastic changes of the Heart of the Ocean Bitwall were reported on the news, several portals was closed and shut down, but the rationale behind it was unpublished.
