I have continued it on scribble hub. I find WebNovel is a bit too clunky for my liking

It was a little bit of a reference. At the time of writing my sister was obsessed with this show and I couldn't really escape it.

Worst case scenario, he was dead. If this was some sort of afterlife, then it was either hell or purgatory, or something along those lines. No 'Good Place' could possibly permit the possibly literal brain crushing headache he was under.

Well, piloting takes a fair amount of work to do even if you aren't really moving, so he really just limits his intake. The ice cream is just a lil treat.

He broke out the bucket of ice cream he had received, and got in position to watch the show. As the engines on the missiles roared to life for a second time, they left a white cloud in their wake that was eerily beautiful.

You aren't going to believe this . . . but there is a glossary with pictures and details on Scribble Hub.

Well, if it makes you feel better there are a few more chapters out on Scribble Hub. Italicization exists there, and there is an actual glossary.

This is more a reference to CV-6, USS Enterprise, the actual ship the startrek Enterprises are named after

"Your ability has the potential to place you among figures such as Erich Hartmann and Manfred von Richtofen. The combination of your skill, this ship's capability, and my computational and data analysis ability, has the potential to leave a mark on naval history at the same level as the Monitor, The Dreadnought, The Enterprise, and The Immortal."

I have been posting it to scribble hub and r/hfy on reddit. There is actually more of the story over on scribble hub, in case you wanted to catch up to where I'm at (only like 5 chapters or something)

Mercedes is being kept out of trouble on the Noah, can't have her peeing on somebody's floor. She's still alive! She just can't do much to help considering the fact that she's, you know, a dog. In spite of that, she is trying her darndest to keep Donovan and Diana happy and healthy (in the form of her morning walkies)

Sci-fi ROMANCE ADVENTURE MAGIC SURVIVAL KINGDOMBUILDING APOCALYPSE HIGHIQ ADVANCEDTECHNOLOGY FUTURE INTERSTELLAR

Life will eventually come to an end. This is a truth born from the laws of entropy. But the life of 'Humanity' will not come to an end from something so boring as the universe's heat death. But what would happen if this was no more than a simulation, not a digital, or even psychedelic hallucination. What if it was the result of something's curiosity about sentient life and the conditions that invoke it's creation? If it was interested about the possibility of life in the complete absence of something that it possessed in abundance? What if we have been working with a universe that is incomplete, missing an important element or piece that augments and sustains life in perpetuity? What if, in spite of this entity's power, it is unable to save us from a quick and painful end borne of our own progress, but which we could have never seen coming. What would happen to a humanity reduced to but two individuals if they were thrust into an ancient intergalactic society, constantly warring with itself over such minor inconveniences as spilled milk? Groomed from a young age to perform this task without his knowledge or his permission, our protagonist must figure out how to safeguard the future, and he has an idea as to how.

Join Arc on his journey to go somewhere and do something. He's not quite sure what that something is because the ones who put him where he is constantly refuse to tell him his end goal. All he knows for certain is that getting there is going to hurt, A LOT. The pain won't stop at the physical either, those kind but merciless bastards are going to push his soul to the very brink of destruction before stopping to heal and do it all over again. ----- Oh the things I'd do to Sirius if only he couldn't kill me with a thought. I'm sure just thinking this is gonna cost me dearly. Good thing Bell treats me to candy every time I stop by or I'd've offed myself years ago.
