But after seeing the newly displayed buffs, I remembered Greyskim again, and I soon felt a bit sad. Even though we didn't spend that much time, I knew for the fact that he cared about me. It was just too sad to know that he's now dead.
And after mourning for some time, I stood up from my spot and began walking, heading to where the pathway in front of me leads to. And while I started walking, I observed my surroundings, in which I only saw drought-looking trees that didn't bear any fruit. The grass below my feet was also in drought, as if the entire forest were dying.
Without any knowledge as to where I was, I asked Grand.
"Where am I right now, Grand?"
[Answer: The location is still unknown.]
[But based on my analysis, we are currently inside a dying forest.]
"Well, that's what I've also thought. Seeing as the trees are like this, I'm sure something's wrong with this forest."
And with that, Grand and I continued our journey. Walking straight along a narrow pathway that somehow led me deep within the unknown forest, I landed.
