Synopsis
In a parallel universe, in the continent of Eloria, a string of bad luck had almost made Evan's family fall apart. He did what he could to appease their struggles and more. But what would a low-wage salary ever amount to when he had to provide for multiple family members?
That's when Evan eventually made a shift in his mentality.
A work in progress for over two decades. A game with no beta-testers. No public insider information. No official forums until the game release. Whatever attainable game knowledge could only be gleaned through the developers' official websites. Stupid marketing? Probably.
Still, the gaming market had been saturated for years, where players were hungering for something new, something fresh, and finally saw a light in the tunnel. That light, for teens and adults alike, would later be known as Soulbound Online.
A VRMMORPG that promised rankers the opportunity to earn real-life money.
This is the story of Evan's adventure, his gameplay, and his choices.

This novel is well-written thus far, and I think it has potential to become a good novel to read. From the first 24 chapters, the novel's strongest aspect is the quality of the writing and the balancing of the characters. I feel like the achievements of each character is realistic with the setting, though the value of the currency is unclear and I do question how realistic buying a high-end vr machine is with the wage of a convenience store worker. Going into the future, I think that, so long as it continues with this level of quality and power scaling, this will become one of the better vr novels, however, if the power scaling isn't done well, it'll be a generic novel that doesn't stand out. I'd also like a bit more world building, but it's not urgent, since it's not a main focus of the novel.
