Chapitre 3: I Wanna Hear Your Voice
Sam prepares to go home in his blue Luxgen car. Just about to leave the parking lot his series mate called.
"Wait!!" Evan and Eunice shouted. Sam refused to step on the gas pedal and opened the front window of his car.
"What is wrong?" Sam poked his head out the car window. "Let's hangout first!!" Invite Evan as he approached Sam's car.
"I'm really tired, but okay, I happen to be free tomorrow!" Sam replied looking reluctant but felt bad to refuse.
Evan immediately got into Sam's car and sat in the front seat while Eunice sat in the back seat.
"We went to the Yin-Yang Shop, the other children were also there, if the director didn't come, they still had to prepare for the final scene." "Okay!".
Sam answered briefly and immediately drove using his car. Opposite the office, Yu's Resto was seen, which had begun to close, only the owner was left who was making sure that the door of the restaurant was locked properly.
"You remember that restaurant across the street?" Eunice asked Sam. Sam just glanced briefly and focused again on driving "Yes, why?"
"Every night the owner comes home by bicycle. I think he has gone mad, even though his house is very far away." Eunice spoke while shaking her head"
Since he's Japanese and used to it, don't be tacky!!" Evan replied mocking Eunice.
"How do you know? Aren't you guys always with me? When do you have time to take care of the owner of the restaurant?" Sam answered occasionally looking in the side mirror.
"We love to eat there. Do you remember the person you teased when delivering food? That's the owner!! He's so cute, he's not fluent in Mandarin yet so we deliberately tease him a lot besides that you know he's...." The next sentence was not very clear to Sam.
Sam suddenly remembered the image of the pale white face and the sweet smell of baby powder.
"Sam!!!" Watch out!!!" Evan shouted Sam gasped as he almost ran a red light from daydreaming.
The long red light made Sam a little bored. Almost 3 minutes, until he realized in his side mirror reflected the image of a person in a black oversized shirt riding a bicycle.
The sweat that filled his face made every corner of his face sharper. And her pale skin color was still clearly visible even in the dark, the only difference being that her hair fell down to her cheeks which she tucked into her ear and was no longer tied up like before.
"You guys go in first! I left my cellphone in the car, I'll take it first." Sam returned to his car which was parked in the shop yard. When he closed the car door again, Sam saw the cycling figure across the street. Sam didn't take his eyes off the cyclist.
"He's pedaling so slowly when he'll get to that," thought Sam.
Not wanting to make his friends wait for Sam to enter the shop. Just a few steps from leaving the car suddenly "Bruuuk". Suddenly Sam looked in the direction the voice came from. The bicycle he had noticed was lying on the ground and its owner was huddled by the side of the road. Subconsciously Sam ran so fast across the street without looking left or right.
Sam kicked the bike that got in his way. In a hurry, Sam squatted down and made sure the crouched bicycle owner was okay.
"Are you okay??" Sam's voice trembled slightly trying to turn the body. Sam held the body in his arms and brushed away the hair that was blocking its owner's face. Sam's breath became tight when he saw that a paler than usual face was already wet with cold sweat that was pouring down profusely and his tiny hand was pressing his left chest.
The man didn't answer, just nodded weakly with a gasp.
"Hey!! Answer me!! Are you okay??" Without realizing it, Sam's hand was already on the person's neck and shook her a little tight.
"Her neck is so soft like baby skin. But why is her body so cold?" Say Sam in the heart
"Please call my brother! Yoshito Onii-chan. My cell phone is in my trouser pocket." She said weakly and had a thick Japanese accent. The person tried to take his cellphone from her pants pocket with difficulty.
"Shut up!! You shut up!! Let me take it!!" Sam took the cellphone in the person's pocket without letting go of his embrace, Sam called Yoshito Minato
"Hello Yoshito?? It's me Sam. Your sister fell. Come here quickly!! I'll send you the location.!" Sam immediately hung up and sent the location where he was.
"What is your name??" Sam asked the person in his arms. But there is no answer there is only a pale face that is closing its eyes
"Hey!! Wake up!! Hey what's your name??!!" Sam snapped. Sam tried to check the woman's breath by placing a finger in front of her nostrils.
"I'm still alive, my name is Yu. Yuire. Can I close my eyes again? It hurts so much." Yu replied weakly and closed her eyes again without Sam's approval.
Sam didn't know what to do. He just looked around and saw that closed face again. He wants to move or run to take her to the Hospital. But he was afraid of a broken bone or whatever. Sam's breath was still tight and his eyes started to feel hot like tears were about to come out.
"Just now I know your voice
You've scared me
I want to hear it again
Not because I miss
