Écrire un avisThis is really good. It gives a different perspective unlike other historical novels specially about the history and realistic nature of slavery. I love the fast pace, but sometimes it's too fast paced and some chapters are just too short that needs more details. Some locations are confusing since it is set in the late 19th century. I hope the author work more on polishing the upcoming chapters cause I really enjoyed it so far.
The novel itself is pretty good. The story is fantastic, but a bit too broad, if I can say. You know, like, I don't know. It doesn't go into detail about the industry, how the workers feel. I know there's some side stories about people in the colony, but it's gonna be better if a bit more side characters manage to do something with the main character, but all in all, a pretty good story, and great detail of history. It's just a bit, I'll probably like it with a bit more detail of closer in about the industry and all that stuff for clinical use, but all in all, what I said before, pretty good. Keep the work up
