Anaisa is an orphan and a pariah. In an ultimate act of betrayal, her father, a Count of the Realm, is accused of deserting and betraying the army in a time of war. Not only is he immediately executed for the offense, but the king declares he must have been a fake all along! His two daughters are stripped of their titles and inheritance, replaced by a distant cousin and cast out of their home with nothing. Anaisa swears someday she will get her title and lands back, but in the mean time, she and her sister Katia have to figure out how to survive.
Trace is an anomaly among his people; instead of revealing their son as a magic user and thrusting him into the public eye, his parents kept it a secret to allow him to choose the kind of life he wanted. Trace found himself content to rest and play in his own dream world instead of invading the nighttime visions of others.
As an adult, his choice to remain unknown is thrown into jeopardy when a mysterious blackmailer forces Trace to enlist in the territorial war between nations, threatening to reveal his secret if the demand is not met. With the war now over, Trace believes he can finally go home to his farm and live the simple, unremarkable life he’s always desired.
When Anaisa and Trace are thrown together by a royal edict, the sisters find themselves unwittingly tangled in the web of mystery and intrigue that surrounds the blackmailer’s escalating assignments for Trace. Anaisa begins to suspect it may be connected to the plot to replace her family in the noble court. Welcome, fellow readers, to another story by TheOtherNoble! I have had the pleasure and honour to read her previous work, and let me tell you, it was a masterpiece. Now, I'll try not to ramble too much (you'll forgive me if I do tho, I want to make this as comprehensive as possible 😉). This review will follow the basic categories provided by WN. Writing Quality: The writing quality of this novel is insane! I wouldn’t be surprised if you struggle to find a book with similar quality on this platform. It's just that good - I continue to be amazed by it every day. Amazing. Story Development: The story development thus far (I'm sure you can see how many chaps this review is made at 👀😆) has been very good. Both the male and female leads have been introduced. The pacing is neither slow nor too fast, and several conflicts have already been hinted at/brewed. Awesome. Character Design: Trace and Anaisa are both very interesting people. From the very start, we get to see who they are and how they interact with others, as well as any fascinating tidbits - e.g. Trace is a magic wielder and still yearning for a quiet life. Updating Stability: Fret not, fellow readers! Throughout the past year that I have been keeping with the Author's work, she has been extremely consistent. You can expect updates every day. Hooray! 🥳 World Background: So far, not a lot has been introduced, but you can expect a lot more. (What has been introduced tho is intriguing, so don't be put off) Lastly, I just want to say one final thing. Since this primarily aimed at a romance audience, I can reassure you and confidently state that the Author most definitely knows how to write romance, so stay tuned for this one! 🔥 Good luck, Author. As I begin publishing my second work on this platform, I can promise updating stability every day and a generous stockpile that should keep you all well supplied with new chapters! My writing quality, I humbly believe, is better than most of the content on Webnovel. I hope you come to agree. My story is already planned (unlike my last book 😅) so you can expect foreshadowing, development of characters and their personalities, and hopefully a very satisfying plot that builds at a steady pace. A disgraced noblewoman out for revenge, and a reluctant soldier with unique abilities, thrown together by an unusual arranged marriage neither of them asked for. And both have secrets to keep... This proves a perfect setup for a delightfully complicated romance between two people suddenly thrust into intimate circumstances neither of them were prepared for with a total stranger. Dispite their mutual attraction (not that they'd admit it to each other, or themselves just yet) neither is sure of how much they can trust one another, or quite able to get a read on somone they're only just starting to know. The characters are well written and belivable. You might not agree with every decision they make, but you can understand why they make them. And while they're not perfect, it's easy to see how they might be perfect for one another. The intrigue had me immidiatly hooked. Already there are antagonists who I can't wait to see get their comuppance, and to understand more about the plots and conspiracies that the main characters are tangled in. I'm looking forward to finding out more about what the magic of this world makes possible, not just dreamwalking, but other abilities hinted at as well. Now that I've caught up with the story, I'm extra grateful that it's being published regularly. I'm eager to read more! I supposed I could check out the Author's other completed story to tide me over... 😉
A phenomenal book awaits you from a phenomenal writer! I followed the author's other novel, Pushing Back Darkness, which started off as some sort of challenge. It was a top-tier fantasy and romance novel written without any advance planning. The new novel Dreamwalker's Bride is already shaping up quite well. The plot is intriguing thus far. You feel for the sisters and wonder how they will survive. The male lead seems very intriguing as well with the powers to enter dreams. From what I know from the experience of reading her previous novel, what awaits you is a novel that will move you through many emotions. It will feature exceptional romance, clever banter, hilarious comedic scenes and and engaging plot, written within exceptional world building. It is hard to believe Toni has not been a professional writer all her life, it is that amazing to read. Every metric is 5 stars in quality. The author's typing speed and release schedule is guaranteed to be quick and reliable. She engages with fans and readers who ask questions or leave comments. Her novels are simply amazing. So do yourself a favour and read this novel already.

One of the first thing I noticed was the craftsmanship of storytelling this author has mastered. The set ups, the characters lines and thoughts as well as how the overall plot is building; it gets you excited. This one deserves the win and I won’t be surprised if it does. I thoroughly am enjoying myself so far. I’m certain you will as well. Well, what are you doing still reading this… give it a read!
I genuienly enjoyed every moment that I spent reading this, I'm a little sucker for romance and this tickled me in all the right places. I love your writing Toni, I love how crazy Anaisa can become, the light teasing of Trace. Everything is so good and I can't wait for more for days to come :]
Reading this novel really makes you want to be invested in every character. The story building and pacing is WONDERFUL as well! A 100% definite read.
First of all, I must say that I'm not usually inclined to read stories with female main characters. However, this one has an intriguing and engaging plot. You can already tell that an intelligent woman and a smart man will face challenges together. Its world seems different from the usual, but in a good way. I can easily recommend it. Kudos to the author 🗿
Review time! this is the second work I'm reading from this author. I have zero doubt it will be as exhilarating as the previous work. if you've not yet read that, I'd encourage you to add it to your library as well. I'm immediately drawn into this story as it opens with tension, immediately launching the main character into struggle, laying the foundation for what I am sure will be a complex story line filled with highs and lows. The quality of writing this author offered in their first published book appears to be consistent in this book as well. This is clearly not an amateur writer. I'm early in reviewing this book but the story development, character design, and world background are already visibly taking shape. I will review again once more of the book has been released. I have no doubt the author will consistently release new chapters based on my experience with the last book. This author is very responsive and interactive with readers that leave comments and that is a fun bonus to have when reading along!
This is now my favorite author on WebNovel after reading “Pushing Back Darkness.” And now, I have “Dreamwalker’s Bride” to read as well! The setting is immersive, the characters are compelling, the premise is intriguing - and the author updates so consistently! And for my part, I really appreciate that they haven’t resorted to smut, but rather have just crafted a really great story that leaves me wanting more after each chapter. I have crazy dreams on occasion too, and I wish mine could be as useful as this! Keep up the great work!

Excellent story by one of my favorite authors. The FL has just the right balance of sass and sensibility. The ML is believably humble but still had great potential. The writing is almost completely error free and the plot it shaping up to be very interesting. I can’t wait to read more!
