The story would have been better if it wasn't constant face slapping . I could only take the first 30 chapters and was fed up with the side characters.
is this a original book or is author just rewriting this like his other novel
An okay story with an overpowered MC, which I am finding amusing. The main issues are the gender mix-ups and problems with names also being inconsistent or mixed-up.
kinda trash in like first 40 chapter after that is mid but after like chapter 100 it's good the world building is amazing
Read the unlock chapters. I kind of enjoy it. Flaws, too many. Let's list a few. Alchemy, he can suddenly refine establishment pill. Too unbelievable. Mc is kind of childish. If it was me, I would instantly kill everyone or leave. Well, that could just be me. Third flaw, I noticed people attacking him for no reason. Fourth, too lucky. Might as give him a third martial spirit related to luck. Fifth, too murderous. He can kill so many with zero emotions. Typical Chinese novel (No offense). There might be more, but I'm done reading.
I am convinced that the MC uses his lower half rather than his brain to think and this story descriminates against men the author is probably a misandrist the MC is the king of all the idiots of this novel and not a single person in this novel has common sense this might be the worst web novel I have ever read.
The is a simp and an idiot not only the MC but probably everyone other then the MC are also idiots the MC is a complete arrogant fool who probably thinks from his lower half(although that is not possible but he definitely follows the desires of his lower over his brain if he has any) I have read upto chapter 251 before writing this review.
I normally do not read books of this genre. However, I am glad that this was the first. I love it.
Very good novel, there are a bit of translation errors, it doesn’t ruin the experience entirely but it could definitely be better.

The novel is meh ok. However, the story and plot so far from what I've read in the free chapters is pretty much exactly like the "Invincible Conqueror" novel, but with some slight changes to make it look different. An for that is the reason I rate the novel so low. If you haven't read "Invincible Conqueror," then you might get some more enjoyment, but to me it just kinda mid. I was interested when the author made it so his spirit is the black tortoise but the author chose to go down the same dragon route most other novels go down so I lost interest in even the minor changes of the copy paste novel

The novel was fun at the beginning but its been too repetitive recently. Go to new place, get looked down upon, attacked by some young master, attacks back, defeats them, faces their master, suprise them with talent, get a new backer then move on to new place then repeat again
i can feel my braincells dying as i countinue to read this how is everyone but the mc sharing one single braincell?

I should've listened to the reviews. The characters are stupid, the author doesn't understand 7 years olds and teenagers are different, and the first few chapters are FILLED WITH the worst tropes.
First read at chapter 1 i knew this gotta be the INVINCIBLE Huang Xiaolong template kinda story. Maybe i'm right, maybe not cuz i havent read that deep into the story. It's up to you guys to continue, just sharing my opinion
So far this move is pretty good but the biggest flaw is the mc stupidity, you would think a “genius” with insane plot armor would be a little smart but he’s not. He makes the worst possible choices and you’ll feel like shooting yourself after reading the free chapters. I hate the direction of this novel because of this which is why I’m not going to continue reading. Aside from these, I think it had a lot of potential to become a great novel.
This novel is absolutely trashy with lots of clichés and random encounters. MC no one knows how he can learn divine techniques just by looking at them
Regarding this novel “Invincible Divine Sword”.. it’s generic and boring in my opinion. You’ve got your usual MC who’s literal existence makes people hate him for literally no reason other than him being the MC, there’s the evil grandpa and uncle, underestimated MC who’s talents are actually top tier etc etc. If you don’t want to read the review below here’s what I think shortened down- I think it’s boring. (This is after reading 20 chapters) Also this novel is Really similar to the novel “Invincible”, they both essentially start out in the exact same way with different wording. Huang Xiaolong (MC of Invincible) is a pro-disciple of Shaolin Temple (from Earth) who dies and reincarnates to a new world with Martial Spirits and his body metamorphose scripture. Yang Xiaotian the MC of this novel “Invincible Divine Sword” was a disciple (hes from Earth) of the Wudang sect who dies and reincarnates in a world with martial spirits and his Taiji scripture. Eventually they’re brought to their martial spirit awakening ceremony where *surprise* everyone thinks they awakened some trash martial spirit (Huang awakens a common variant two headed snake and Yang a tortoise with a parasitic snake tail) but who would’ve guessed it? Yang actually has the legendary Black Tortoise as his supreme grade martial spirit and he doesn’t just have that but he actually has Twin Martial Spirits with the black tortoise’s snake tail counting as a second supreme spirit! Huang’s common two headed snake spirit splits itself and it turns out he actually has Twin top grade true dragon martial spirits! Blah blah they both have overwhelming talent that lets them cultivate at an unprecedented speed, the grandpa and uncle are generically evil towards them etc. Magically out of nowhere a random cheeky mischievous intelligent beast comes to play with them, leads them to a treasure and also to an inheritance that just so happens to be something the leader of a great sect left behind including his cultivation technique and other things. After that there’s some invite to academy stuff and thats the end of the chapters I read. You can’t tell me this novel isn’t pretty much the exact same as Invincible. I can just tell it’s going to be extremely similar. Let me tell you that Invincible was and still is an extremely generic novel, the author legitimately kept forgetting interesting plot and reused the same adventure arc 20 times just reworded with different cultivation levels and characters. I can tell this novel will likely be the same.
The side characters are lacking in intelligence ego the point that they think like 3-6 year olds. I think this was the only way for the author to create antagonists, which would indicate his lack of skills as an author. I'll give an example, the Yang family lord has two sons, his eldest son and his youngest son, his youngest son is the father of MC. meaning that the manor Lord is the grandfather of MC. Both the eldest son and youngest son are innate level 3, however because the eldest is slightly more talented than the youngest, the manor lord favours him greatly and completely ignores his youngest, meaning that the MC and his father is not only completely brushed aside, they are harassed by the manor lord and his eldest son. the eldest son of the manor lord gets all the credit for the youngest sons work, and why? because the eldest son has the most talent... but even with that talent, both reached inmate level 3.... so what's the difference? who knows? There is no real reason for conflicts, they sound like three year olds who fight over nothing, the author had to do this to create some kind of suspense in the story but this only leads to frustrations because of lack of intelligence.
