C112: Reinforcements, and The Voice.

Tiona, who is unconscious, is trudging along towards Axel and the pharmacy when a group of people arrive to stop here. Raikou, Kiara, Han, Mordred, the oni sisters, Shuten and Ibaraki Douji…and for some reason Senji Muramasa is here. Senji and Raikou stand at the front with their swords, the oni stand on the sides while Kiara is in the back with her magic.
The ladies are ready for combat while Senji reminisces on his stolen freedom as he chugs down his coffee and throws it away to a nearby trash can. He ponders how cruel fate is to drag him into this fiasco.

Senji was sitting at a cafe he has been visiting for a long while now for early breakfast before he gets to work. He had a cup of coffee with a bagel. While waiting for his food, he was reading the paper. The Orario newsletter is filled with plenty of boring subjects but they provide great international news which he is a fan of. Living in the same place for over 30 years in a long lifetime gradually grows stale, so he keeps himself entertained with news from elsewhere.
RUMBLE
Senji looks up from his paper at the very secluded storm cloud in the distance. He frowns as he didn't envision that there would be any sign of rain today. Yet his thoughts are interrupted as he is given his meal but also notices something that runs a chill down his spine.
Miyamoto-no-Raikou.
She has currently gotten up after finding out that someone came to pick up Axel even earlier. She had a realization and became excited and decided to try organizing a party for Axel, Syr and the new baby. She had utmost confidence that the baby would be born safely. She dragged Han (Huwawa) with her as her gopher. The duo went about their shopping when they ran into an annoyed Mordred who has her own small entourage of squires doing some shopping as the Knights of Camelot needed to resupply their equipment as they were prepared for another knightly adventure soon.
The two groups decide to shop together as Raikou would show them places that are slightly cheaper while trying to get some advice from Mordred for what would be good for the party. Unfortunately the lady knight only says to provide plenty of meat for her to gorge upon. Very useful information…truly.
Raikou ignored her henceforth and they bumped into the oni sisters arguing about their sake and how Shuten drank all of it again. The two are bickering in public and their slightly monstrous appearances make the regular citizens move away from them. Han accidentally bumps into Shuten while following behind Raikou and gets a fist to his chin. Only for Shuten to kneel while holding her hand with tears in her eyes.
Raikou couldn't resist their old arguments and began to make fun of Shuten. During this time, Senji got his coffee and bagel and was about to dig in when Kiara showed up at the seat opposite of him. Senji glares at the lecherous nun before him with annoyance on his face.
"Oh come now Senji dear, is this any way of greeting an old friend."
"Acquaintance."
Kiara raises an eyebrow.
"We arent friends and I hope it stays that way. Now if you could be on your way, I have breakfast to eat. Something I'm sure you rarely do." He hints at her lustful ways that revolve around consuming the seed of men.
"I don't know what you mean. I've settled down since the old days. Vitch also stole our shared store, Paradiso. I can't sense the runes I placed on it at all." Senji sweat drops at the mention of the stolen phantasmal building. A grand artifact holding hundreds of runes to make it a proper transforming fortress.
"What could she have done with it."
"How should I know. I am only aware that she was kicked out of Axel's home because she tried to eat him up, blatantly at that. He kicked her out and used me all on my lonesome." A lustful expression grows on her face while her hands are cupped as if praying for more of such good days.
Senji only continues glaring while being annoyed that such a talented young man like Axel Gram keeps getting involved in the worst of women possible.
The storm clouds begin to spread and pick up wind. Senji is about to take a sip of his now slightly cooler coffee when he nearly throws the whole thing away when Kiara says.
"Come now old virgin, don't look at me like that"
"I'm not a virgin" He retorts with a more gruff tone. His annoyance was palpable as light rain began to fall upon the cafe's umbrella.
"Sticking IT into a fire or steel mold just to feel something is not a sign that you have lost your virginity." Kiara's words shove Senji into a lava pit as his anger begins to boil over when the storm picks up rapidly. A bad feeling spreads down the swordsmiths back when he finds the rain has begun to soak his bagel.
"My bagel" He is about to break off the wet parts when both he and Kiara hear a collision a bit of distance away. They look over and find Axel lying down on the ground on the other side of the plaza they are in. They see him meditate but their thoughts differ.
Senji is confused on why Axel is specifically there and why he is meditating in the middle of a giant storm. Kiara, who is in the inner circle of his women, understands that Syr should very likely be giving birth right now. She believes that Axel should have been by her side instead of in the middle of the street here. She notices that his movements are fairly robotic and gets up.
Raikou and the others have also noticed Axel off in the distance. Their groups merged with Kiara while the squires went with the groceries back home. They soon notice the explosion and smoke clouds being emitted off in the distance. Kiara and Raikou specifically notice Axel's look of horror and lay witness to him digging out his own divine energy core and then crush it into dust.
He slapped a talisman on himself which rapidly healed him while activating his rage before he ran back the way he just flew away from. The ladies grow serious expressions as they retreat some distance to their home so that their magic allows them to summon their weapons and armor onto them. In the midst of this, Raikou had grabbed the back of Senji's shirt, dragging him away.
"MY BAGEL!!!" He cried out as he was brought back to the plaza where a hurricane began to form. But from those, cloud elementals formed by the world were created. The world knows that the group of people before it would stop it's plans and thus split it's attention between Axels group with Tiona and the Saints group with Raikou.
"Trace on" Senji summons his signature weapon as he needs to vent on behalf of his bagel. Wielding a katana in one hand and coffee in the other. He began to reap the 'lives' of the just formed storm elementals while the others did the same. They then made their way towards the pharmacy where Axel is.
They begin to hear a strange melody that resonates with their souls but block it. A small distance away, they see a rainbow like light enveloped by a darkness before a golden light breaks through. A declaration is made in conjunction with the golden light. "GOD HUNTER"
The energies flowing off the attack certainly arouse caution from everyone except the duo of Kiara and Raikou.
Once the dust settles, they land in front of Axel and an injured cat boy lying down next to each other. Exhaustion can be seen on Axel's face as he looks in Tiona's direction. They take combat stances while Senji finishes his remunerations and coffee.
Tiona's unconscious body automatically moves towards the Pharmacy when Mordred with her thicker sword lands between the two, she slaps the unconscious woman away while Raikou and the others activate their mana burst to meet the fists of the demigod controlled world avatar.
The fists collide with blades in a variety of manners as The world spirit uses the strength energy in Tiona as an intermediary to nullify most of the damage from the saints except the bits of mana slamming into her body along the edges of the various blades.
"Dont …kill…Not in Control" Axel grunts out as he barely gets up. Without his ring he recovers much slower but he had to take it off or he would have never been able to defeat the world attempting to take over his body.
The Saints take his words into their considerations and now attempt to subdue her, mixing in mana burst punches and kicks with their slightly more defensive sword attacks as the world spirit possessing Tiona's body shows it's inexperience in fighting but with a body that is a much higher base level than the saints, it holds the advantage and has been able to injure them all by quite a bit.
Yet the spirit's actions turn even more rowdy as if it is panicking or running out of time. It keeps trying to break past Mordred or around her but she remains a steadfast bastion against the spirit. Even when she accumulates quite a few injuries, she doesnt fall.
The spirit shows off it's exceptional comprehension ability as it rapidly learns how to fight exceptionally well and knocks the two swordsmen Raikou and Senji far away. The oni sisters attempt to move in when the spirit doesnt notice but with the rain, it's senses are everywhere and they receive a gut punch each that sends them flying before unleashing a kick on Mordred's chin that knocks her flying straight up. The swordsmen crash through a few of the local businesses while the oni are sent flying back to the main plaza that holds the tower of babel. Both would need some time to recover and return.
The spirit begins to approach the pharmacy, to finally conclude this situation when Axel steps in front of the door entrance with a murderous look on his face. Tiona's body sways before sending a punch at Axel. "Mura" His body splits in half out of the way of the punch only to twist around to grapple it while his legs move to create a choke hold but he neglected the fact that the spirits human body is already unconscious and doesnt need to hold since Tiona's internal situation is maintained by the divine energy.
The spirit lifts Axel, who is slinked around it's arm, and slams him down. A wide 3 ft long crack appears on the floor where Axel landed. He coughs up blood as several of his bones crack due to the impact. He is forced to release the spirits 'body'.
The spirit is about to walk past Axel when he suddenly grabs it's foot. The spirit looks down at Axel with a curious look on what an exhausted foe could do against it.
"Not…getting….past…" He spits out some blood. His grip is strengthened as he unleashes his full power into his devouring force. Suddenly a strange voice calls out in Axel's head.
[....]
Axel has no time to consider anything as he simply says, "Yes".
A fog of energy spreads around Axel and Tiona but it only lasts a second before it disappears. It appears as if nothing happened but the storm quickly dies down as Tiona properly collapses on her back. The saints who were knocked away finally arrive back while Mordred crash lands, creating a ditch.
The group investigates the situation and finds that Axel is relatively fine but they don't know how it all got resolved. A cry begins to echo through the building.
"WAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH" Raikou changes priorities as she picks up Axel and brings him inside. Meanwhile the others celebrate their half baked victory and go home. Senji makes his way back to the cafe and finds his completely soggy bagel. A single tear drips down his cheeks that he wipes away. He pays for his order and heads home in disappointment.

I had initially planned to write this whole arc differently but felt this was more intense and appropriate for my future plans.
