Chirp
Zach's brows furrowed as the chirping sound got closer. When the flapping of wings grew louder and something landed on his shoulder. He hurriedly shooed it away.
When the bird was gone, he breathed a sigh of relief, so the creature placed one of its tentacles below its chin.
"You don't like birds now, human?"
Zach turned his head to the side. "It's not like that. I was just irritated."
Zach pulled off his wet shirt and folded it. "Once Sonia and I return, I will be in this form right?"
The creature scratched its head again. "Oh, that…" Then it backed away to ensure Zach wouldn't be able to grab its body. "The potion maker said it's not guaranteed."
Zach clasped his hand as a dark aura loomed over him. "How do you expect my child form to execute the plan when I'm unaware of these things in that state?"
