The author has written a good story with interesting characters. I like the secretive aspect of magic, though I do find Evelyn too careless about it.
Just a few chapters in but I’m hooked. Every chapter is a page-turner and I’m curious to know more about their magics. I’m already in love with Evelyn

perhaps, there should be a clear understanding of what's the problem in the first 2 chapters, just a few people living their lives, I would like to read more of the chapters but the book is already 200+, I don't think I can😭😭😭😭
