One of the rare works that has motivated me to gift the author. Even for readers that are not a fan of the 18+ sections, those readers could skip that content and enjoy the novel regardless. The world building as a whole is very well done, with good pacing and connections with past chapters noted. Grayback has me compulsively checking my phone for new updates like an addict 😂
i rarely write reviews for novels but i think i have invested for too much time and money in this novel not to write one, not sure why u are here but the fact that you find yourself here means the book is calling you and you should give it a try you will not regret it, writing, story, characters, pacing, mystery and everything you can think of is done right( yes im biased but im not lying) i really do believe this book far exceeded the qualifications to stand in the top 5 but i guess people don’t want a read a story with a mc that isn’t brain dead and can actually make good decisions for themselves. some may find the first 50ish chapters annoying due to how MC perceives and treats the world around him but he does grow to accept his pass and starts to live more in the present than in the past, i still don’t understand how some people find it annoying but i personally think it’s done and that’s just one of many character growth moments i don’t want to spoil anything cuz if i could i would erase my memories and reread story 🤷🏾♂️
One of the best novel here it is (My personal opinion). Writing quality and world background is also very good. I personally like his personality too. A little slow paced but good nonetheless. Keep up the good work author.
I was expecting to read about a neutral evil MC because the author promised that but all I saw was an immature, braindead, sycophantic retard who can't even realize his advantages and is resorting to petty schemes with mortals for more than a thousand chapters. He is just like every other moronic cliche' protagonist, who wastes time on useless subordinates, worthelss guilds, etc. instead of pursuing personal power. I've read more than 800 chapters and there's been barely any progress in his cultivation. There are countless planes, worlds, etc. but he's still in the same kingom of the same continent and will be there for a while it seems. All he does is f around, slap faces, and complain. He once made a business deal where he received less than 1%(67K) of the profit, while his allies took 99%(around 9.4 million). After several arcs of hard work, that's all his guild made. He also has a godly being to train with but wanted to use her powers to make her a sweatshop slave that produces high quality equipment to his mortal goons. There were too many chapters of unnecessary info dumps and million plotlines of every random character. The writing itself is alright except there is no editing to speak of and you still need to make sense of sentences just like in many other novels. I still gave the writing quality 4 stars because the industry standard is pathetically low. Also, the fight scenes were horrific. Author is good at writing smut tho. Prob the only thing he actually delivered.

Me reading till chapter 1237 attests to how good this story is. If you want a Fantasy story that's well built and has a serious author that wanted to build a world, then this is one of the best stories you would find on WebNovel. -World building is top tier. -Characters are unique and are seriously growing. -Main character get gradual and realistic growth in personality and goals and power. -Power dynamics and politics are well established and well thought out. -Actual power scaling and what each level entails are really planned well and the system has no cracks. well done. ------ Now for what I didn't like: - The story is really slow, extremely so. Specifically in terms of over explaining and expanding on everything. Combat with inconsequential enemies lasts over 20 chapters, and planning chapters go over 6 chapters, and "planning" happens all the time so you get how frustrating it gets, and I'm not going to explain how every chapter could be shortened considerably if the unnecessary expanding on information isn't implemented. While it helps explain all the world building and lore and set the start to a great story, The problems are in the fact that this over explaining never ceases and continues throughout all chapters. Going in depth and expanding on details should only be done at the start of the story and when critical events that affect the story are at play. Giving reasoning behind decisions and expanding on combat and action are all fine. However, going in depth about some battles that won't add anything to the story or going on and on about motives or expanding on everything and all parts of the story when it's not needed just makes it boring. Often times I find myself skipping past explanations, but even that doesn't help how slow this story is. This brings me to the second bad. - Slow development. We get a picture of how the world is bigger than it seems and there being other worlds and greater entities. However, After 1000 chapter, our MC is still in level 3 so to speak, he's only just at the starting line as explained by author. So all that happened thus far for 4 volumes (about 1000 chapters) is just a prologue technically. MC is still in the starting kingdom, He is still developing, and is still considered weak even in this kingdom. And by chapter 1200, he's just recently Graduated. - Time is wacky. Author lost count how much time is supposed to have passed. MC is supposedly still a kid. He finished his first academy year and then went out and finished all requirements for graduation during his second year, but author sometimes says things like "it's been years since this happened" when in reality it should've been a few months. MC is made out to be a guy in his 20s when he's still 15 or 16. And I think author lost track at this point. This just goes to show how my first point holds true. Our MC just spent a little over 2 years since his journey began and we're over 1200 by this point. - Same problem as with Chinese novels: powers that at the start get mentioned of being only for the elite get treated like cabbage later on in the chapters. MC has soul sense, which supposedly only select few can aquire such ability (when even sages couldn't) but somehow during graduation at least 4 students had it. I don't care if they're elite, soul sense was supposed to be heaven defying in being aquired, and it's extremely rare. But somehow a small kingdom got a bunch of them and they're low rankers. On another note, leveling is wacky. MC got crazy powers that could level him up through crazy shortcuts, He can basically devour all achievements of others as his own. And yet you're telling me that there are random kids in his graduation that have the same rank as him? and what's worse is the reason behind their rank is their backing and resources? Now how the heck does that make sense? So resources could bridge the gap of the super broken abilities of MC? Nah, that's just author wanting to balance the field, and I can't say I'm impressed. It's like being told you're the best writer in the country, but a few days later it turns out you're just one of many. I felt betrayed.
What are you doing author?! -)I didn't expect a Novel of top tier to be like this. -)The fighting scenes are boring and bland -)why can't you specify how an attact or spell effects the background or something or how each ranking increases his fire power -) Whenever there is a fight scene you just mention that he fought with sword or something or used spell to deal the enemies but you don't mention how the spell works in a area like does it destroy 10m or 100m something except in very very few cases like when World Will's decent. -)If you dont mention something like this then its like someone is playing a game and is just giving certain command,not the realistic type i am searching for. -) Please Author do it in this type and your novel will become more interesting to read
It's was great at the start. everything looking perfect the Mc had 2 girls Nina and reen then i actually enjoyed it then for some reason the Mc became a Pokémon master at the same time he kept putting too much time and effort in his team and harem seriously they are all useless completely useless. Meh I get it the author just wanted a team based novel thing or something with harem it's his choice it's still looks good so far but definitely not my cup of tea I would of loved he stayed solo and with just 2 lovers since everything else related to his team and harem is forced af the way I see it. Still if you don't mind it then it's a great pick for you.

THANK U FOR NOT FLOODING THE STORY WITH NSFW. I came here for the adventure, I don't mind if there're s*x scenes, but don't overdid it and have it impede the telling for the rest of the world. The world is wide, and our imagination is wider. I always love fantasy worlds with a massive and intricate balance to its machination.

Was an awesome novel, but then soulless machines abducted author and now it became unbearable to read. Somewhere around chapter 1280 author (or maybe editor) tries to start incorporating new and hot technologies, so at about 1400 it becomes really hard to read without help of an AI to decode and shorten all that was written with its help. Pretty disappointing for such a good story. If someone reads further down the story - tell me if that obsession with generating lots of useless words in most flashy and descriptively repetitive way possible dies down. Maybe I'll try braving through it, but for now it's just too much. Note to author: you made a very good story and your writing was awesome with its own style and charm, but now it's just same as reading an AI generated promo. Don't know whose fault it is, but it's very sad. Even if you didn't use AI to write those chapters but simply tried to make your writing more "professional" (which I don't believe by the way) you've greatly overdone it, ruining all the pacing and enjoyment of reading it. Also comment of that AI fever ever gets better or even better - cured.
I'm curious. Why didn't you put this on royal road and push to get it published. It would definitely gain traction. plus you could start a Patreon and earn more. Would be nice to read this on Kindle.
It is a shame of me to write a review of this book after reading >1700 chapters but as they say better late than never. This book is not like your typical WN that you find in the platform. This is a slow burn similar to a good scotch or bourbon. You need to take it slow and savor it. Story is interesting. The main character is fleshed out and if you are in later half of the chapters you can see how the author mapped the plot since the beginning. You don’t often find these type of fully mapped out plots from authors atleast in this platform. Main character is also not empathetic in a weird way. So if you want MC who advocates peace then this is not the right book. “Not empathetic” doesn’t mean he is an edgelord or emotion less idiot. In essence he would be similar to wild animal. Empathy towards his possessions and not empathetic towards others. So in a nutshell if you want to read a book where MC is not a peace keeper/edge lord/ emotionless fool, slow burn, atypical webnovels then this is it. Give it a try. P.S. if you are going to invest in this book, read this book in authorized platform only. Hands down this is the only author who provides good quality work and 2 chapters per day on this platform. He takes this seriously. So a reader it is our duty to should encourage him.
What i like about this novel is the unique blend. The mc is evil but likeable, things dont always go his way It has some H scenes. But no, they are no very common, a rarety actually, and quite well done. The world background is deep, interesting and well thought. There is no "harem" but the mc likes a fling every know and then. It is by no means his motivation and woman are certainly not dumb about him. Overall very very refreshing approach . I wish more stories would include some spicy stuff without BEING about spicy stuff. The mc's powers are overall a bit bland but still interesting nonetheless. Overall a solid recomendation.
Recently story update is disturbed usually story updates arround 9:30 pm daily but now there is no fixed time it may take over one day or two day.please update regularly on fixed time please.checking regularly for update and then getting hurt again.it hurts.

its really nice story and im really enjoying this read but i just wanted to ask has reen been united with eren yet and if he has then what chapter is it. like has reen escaped or been freed or something from the sage rank woman and also what happened to the girl that the sage woman gave to eren because my brother messed it up so i ended up skilping some chapters and am now confused on what happened to sage womans little artificial girl and when does reen get freed

Very good... the slow style of writing was well done, the biggest problem with the slow style is that the authors put unnecessary information and make an extreme sensationalism, raise your expectations and in the end deliver something bad and unsatisfactory, which does not happen here , the author does not create unnecessary expectations and keeps the reader entertained with his own skills without lying about facts and sensationalizing, but come on... he delayed things many times, it was not unnecessary but the fact is that he delayed too much. My criticism is more personal than constructive, for example I expected Reen to be saved in about 300 chapters but it took 1000...she still isn't really saved, and what is Reen? Does she also have the bloodline of the elder ichor? I also didn't like the fact that Renita didn't have enough time...she deserved so much more. My other issue was Beckye's death, I understand she had to die but there could have been a few chapters about her burial. Other than that I have nothing to complain about.

It’s rare that I give a 5/5 rating, but if one novel deserves it on this dumb app, it’s this one. You can tell that the plot is well thought out, as there are no real plotholes to speak of. The world building is also well done, especially because we learn about the world and beyond at the same pace as the MC, which makes the most world feel more real. But where the author truly shines is character design. Our MC is a regressor, but not a former god, nor your typical complete bottom worker. He had the potential to live a mediocre life, but was at the wrong places at the wrong time and unluckily learned about the harsh and dark side of humanity, where he managed to live a more or less meaningless life. As a regressor now, he uses his experiences from the dark side of humanity combined with future knowledge to shine. He still makes reasonable mistakes along the way and I mean reasonable as a I’d have probably done the same. I like how the side characters and his enemies are not stupid to let the Mc seem smart and have their own motivations. All and all we have truly ruthless MC, who is still has a small softspot for his little circle of loved ones, who carves his way through the world (worlds hopefully in the future) and leaves rivers of blood behind.

It’s rare that I give a 5/5 rating, but if one novel deserves it on this dumb app, it’s this one. You can tell that the plot is well thought out, as there are no real plotholes to speak of. The world building is also well done, especially because we learn about the world and beyond at the same pace as the MC, which makes the most world feel more real. But where the author truly shines is character design. Our MC is a regressor, but not a former god, nor your typical complete bottom worker. He had the potential to live a mediocre life, but was at the wrong places at the wrong time and unluckily learned about the harsh and dark side of humanity, where he managed to live a more or less meaningless life. As a regressor now, he uses his experiences from the dark side of humanity combined with future knowledge to shine. He still makes reasonable mistakes along the way and I mean reasonable as a I’d have probably done the same. I like how the side characters and his enemies are not stupid to let the Mc seem smart and have their own motivations. All and all we have truly ruthless MC, who is still has a small softspot for his little circle of loved ones, who carves his way through the world (worlds hopefully in the future) and leaves rivers of blood behind.
