Stifling a sigh, pushing away idiotic wishes and hopes, Sorin replied, "I came to see how your purification was going and to let you know the ceremony of mourning is in about half a mark. Stop glaring at me, necromancer, unless you want me to kiss you."
"Unless I wantWhat in the world are you talking about? How does glaring lead to kissing?" Koray demanded. "You say the most ridiculous things."
"Glaring leads to kissing because you seem determined to neither take what you want nor ask me for it, so I like to think your glares are a poor attempt at requesting what you want," Sorin replied with a grin. Koray could deny it all he wanted, but it was true. "Do correct me if I'm wrong, necromancer." He stepped into the room and walked slowly toward Koray.
"That is not" Koray broke off, still scowling.
