It is because Lucifers Power was bound to his Creater, God, and his created system. After his death, the system was no longer supervised, which caused "Bugs" like Devils being able to transcend their racial limit.
Although, his output of Demonic Power wasn't nearly as blessed, about the average amount one would expect from a High-Class Devil, unlike Sirzechs who essentially had Ultimate-Class output from birth.

No front l, but singing is always so cringe in novels and the same goes for the reactions afterwards, someone starts crying and everybody starts cheering "Omg you are the Best!", "it was so touching I started crying!" or "Omg I didn't know you were feeling like that. Come here and get a hug.". Especially if bro starts to sing genres, you wouldn't listen to in irl, and you sit throughout the paragraphs like:
