Capítulo 11: 4 Years Pass
The audience was in an uproar as they saw the outsider of their village become the champion of the Chunin Exam also because he has Wood-Release as Hashirama had before him.
"My son won!" shouts Horirama rubbing it into everyone while Hana had to hold him back.
Yone was quite happy that he won but also sad that his fights couldn't be called fights since they were pretty one-sided.
Hiruzen stood up for the last time today he felt quite exhausted from seeing Yone defeat two of his students that easily while not using his whole strength.
He gave a speech as he made Yone right then and there the first Chunin before naming the others like Jiraiya, Tsunade, Sowa, and Orochimaru.
A big party was thrown for both Tsunade and Yone for making it when Tsunade felt happy and hurt at the same time somehow because she wasn't as strong as she thought she would be.
The Senju Clan seemed to be genuinely happy that Yone won in the Chunin Exam as everyone was celebrating it while others were slowly having an interest in him.
The most interested one was the Uchiha Clan since Yone even if he didn't show it publicly has the Sharingan and they knew it since the funeral of Hashirama.
The months pass as Yone was either training with Nawaki or was doing missions with other Shinobis while skirmishing at the border of the Land of Fire against the other countries.
Yone was now 16 years old and a Jonin as he was returning from a Solo Mission that wasn't really a mission but just an orientation mission since he wanted to test himself for two years outside of Konoha.
He was now 1,8m tall with a masculine muscular body that wasn't stocky at all but his muscles could be seen when you looked closely. He had a slight tan from always being in the sun as his hair now covered his neck as he touches it and says, "I will have to cut it before I return home."
The girls were looking at him while he was in his white coat today because the other two were too dirty to be used while his clothes were the black ones that matched the white.
He entered the barbershop as he was third in line. He took a newspaper as he read it and saw that the skirmishes were getting troublesome because more and more were happening between the countries, making Yone think that a new Shinobi World War has arisen.
He looked at the date of the newspaper when he thinks, 'It's Nawaki's birthday soon. I should find him a gift.'
"Sir, it's your turn," says the barber as Yone stood up and sat down when the man asks, "How do you want it?"
"Just cut it short enough that I look like this," says Yone as he holds a picture of one of his previous haircuts in which he had spiky red hair with some bangs framing his face.
"That should be no problem if your hair is spiky once it's shorter," says the barber as he begins to cut until it was as on the picture when he says, "We are finished."
He shows it to Yone as Yone stands up finding it perfect since it was hard to take care of long hair when he pays and leaves. He continues to walk down the street when suddenly a teen ran into him.
Yone looked down and sees light-brown hair with a blue forehead protector when he pets the head saying, "Nawaki, how did you know that I am already back?"
"The girls were talking about a redhead entering the village and you are the only one except for grandma who has red hair," says Nawaki as Yone smiles as he hugged his little brother.
"How about we go and buy you something for your birthday since it is around the corner?" asks Yone as Nawaki nods showing his smile.
They both walk side by side as Nawaki was looking at Crownsblade and asks, "How does that sword even work?"
"Crownsblade is quite a simple blade but it's hard to master it since it has two functions. How about I show it to you later on the training ground," says Yone as they entered a weapon shop since he had to refill his shurikens as well as some kunais with three heads.
Yone was having eight scrolls hanging from his coat as he took two of them out and stores the shurikens in one and the kunais in the other before putting them back on his coat.
Then they go and Yone buys something for Nawaki that he liked before buying some ice cream and going to the training ground seven. There Yone used the Shadow Clone Jutsu creating three clones.
They position themselves in different locations as Yone says, "Alright, Nawaki this is a Gunblade. It's both a gun and a blade and before you ask what is a gun see it as a slingshot with multiple stones."
Yone had the same question Nawaki wanted to ask when his teacher told him about a Gunblade. Then he continues, "The blade part is quite self-explaining, right."
Yone just slices a clone apart as Nawaki nods. Then Yone points the blade at the farthest away and shots at it making it explode into smoke.
"That was the gun part, you can shoot at people that are some distance away from you. It has a range after all and the longer the bullet flies the weaker the bullet becomes," says Yone as Nawaki understood it as it worked like shurikens and kunais.
"And the last part," says Yone when his clone cloned himself nine times as they surrounded Yone.
Yone just spun around himself while slicing and shooting at the same time making all ten disappear making Yone say, "Combining both makes it possible to take care of many enemies at the same time this way."
"Can you make one for me?" asks Nawaki as Yone had an awkward smile on his face.
"I will try my best," says Yone as he was grabbing for straws right now when he suddenly felt someone was targeting him and he jumped away when on his position a young woman with long straight blond hair it was tied up at the back in two ponytails.
Yone smiled as the ground where he was before was now broken in pieces as he smiled at the newcomer when he sees those brown eyes and knew who it was immediately.
"It's nice to see you again, Tsunade," says Yone as Tsunade looked at Yone who put his Crownsblade away.
"You just disappeared two years ago saying that it was a mission and when we asked the Hokage where you went he was clueless as well," says Tsunade angry as she rushed at Yone who anticipated this welcome.
He moved his body a bit while catching her hand when he makes an arm motion while moving his leg between hers and throws her lightly.
She recovers mid-air as she spins and lands on her feet. Then she rushed at him again while saying, "Then Grandmother told us that you needed some time on your own because you knew that mother and father adopted you."
"I didn't leave because of that," says Yone as he intercepted her and continues, "I knew that I was adopted before grandfather died since he told me after I asked him."
"Then why did you leave," says Tsunade as Yone made her lose her balance and threw her again.
"I left because I wanted to get stronger and the best way to do that are real battles. I needed to get more experience that's why I left," says Yone as he now rushed at Tsunade.
Tsunade evades Yone and grabs him from behind as he suddenly got buried between her mountains while she was holding him in a headlock.
"Tsunade let go, please," says Yone as he felt uncomfortable being between his younger sister's breasts.
Tsunade didn't let go and Yone had to do it himself as he made a 180-degree kick while angling his body perfectly so the kick would hit its target.
Tsunade then falls as Yone sweats and thinks, 'I used too much power.'
He then picks her up as he looked at Nawaki and says, "You have never seen or heard what happened here, am I right little brother."
"Definitely," says Nawaki as Yone was carrying the unconscious Tsunade like a princess.
They arrived at the compound and many people recognize him as he was carrying Tsunade making it obvious that the person carrying her must be her older brother.
They arrive at home, Horirama stopped reading the newspaper when he heard the door open as Nawaki came running into the living room while saying, "You can guess three times who returned home."
"It must be your older brother since you are that excited," says Horirama as Nawaki nods in defeat since his Pokerface fell too early.
Yone was still in the hall as he says, "I'm back."
Hana just dropped everything that she was doing while still holding her kitchen knife as she walked into the hall seeing Yone carrying Tsunade.
She pointed her knife at Yone while saying, "Never run away again. Do you know how hard it was for me? My poor son, all alone in this world that is torn apart in war. Do you even know how much your sister cried when she found out that you just vanished?"
She was waving the kitchen knife in front of Yone's face while continuing her lecture when Yone says, "I'm sorry, mother."
"Apologise to Tsunade once she wakes up. She was the one who was worrying the most out of us all," says Hana as she put the knife away and hugged him before returning to the kitchen.
"You made your mother and sister worry about your health the whole time. But before we talk you should take Tsunade to bed," says Horirama as Tsunade needed a real bed and not Yone's arms.
Yone nods as he carried Tsunade to her room. Once there he puts her into bed and caresses her right cheek while whispering, "The real reason why are left was you. I am your older brother but the longer we were together... *sighs* I have this feeling in me that shouldn't exist between siblings that's why I left Konoha for two years and why I will be leaving this household beginning today."
He kisses Tsunade's forehead before leaving while saying, "I love you but we can't be together not like this."
He closes the sliding door as Tsunade opened her eyes and suddenly her whole face turned red from hearing Yone's confession.
"Dummy," says Tsunade to herself knowing that she had the same feeling for her older brother.
