Her bleak gaze made him furrow his brows. After knowing, she was safe, Magnus had regained a healthy pallor, though not enough to match his usual imposing countenance, it was enough to not cause worry.

Arianne felt a cold a finger brushed her forehead, arranging the loose dyed raven tendrils behind her ears. "Do you hurt anywhere?" His voice was warm as it drifted in her ears, but there was also mixed with something ominous.
