Capítulo 108: Rishi Station
"Hands above your heads! and Take off your subbonnets!" Appo spoke aggressively as he aimed his DC-17 Pistol towards the oncoming troopers.
(This was originally voiced by Rex in the tv series and during the mission Commander Cody left Rex in charge.)
"...Sir??" The three clones looked confused as they stared at Captain Appo and Commander Cody. But before they could say anything else Appo yelled.
"Take them off! Now!" To the confusion of Heavy and the rest of the clones they removed their helmets not understanding what happened to Appo and Cody above.
(They were ambushed by droids dressed as clones when they arrived on the Rishi. Before being alerted by the surviving clones who noticed their landing with a droid attack flare."
Immediately after having their identities confirmed a Rishi Eel, a dark blue and green worm like beast, attacked the small group. Only for it to be killed with two shots to the eyes by Captain Appo.
"Great we have a bunch of shinies." Appo sounded upset, learning he would have to take back the base with a bunch of inexperienced troopers.
"Shinies Sir?" Echo spoke with a confused look on his face.
"It's means you don't have actual combat experience. The three shinies Heavy, Echo, and fives looked slightly downcast. But they knew they made a mistake in losing the base so they wanted to express their willingness to help retake it from the Separatists.
"Sir! Please we must take back the base. We are still broadcasting the all-clear signal." Appo and Commander Cody both smiled under their helmeting expressing their hopes for Heavy and the troopers when they wanted to take back the base.
"Of course it's our job to shut off that all clear signal to save our brother back on Kamino. It's the only place us Clones can call home....."
"Might I make a suggestion?" A female voice sounded below them as five Mandalorian activated their jetpacks and came up from below. The five clones immediately drew their weapons and aimed them at the newcomers.
"Mandalorians? What are you doing here?" The situation just turned extremely dangerous for the Clones and both Cody and Appo knew it. Even with them having the same numbers the overall experience from the Mandalorian outweighed their own.
"The details are unimportant. But what if I told you there is a way for us to not only turn off that all-clear signal but to strike back at the Separatist fleet that's about to arrive." The Mandalorians took no action against the clones for pointing their Pistols or Rifles at them. Knowing full way the armor they had would allow them a few shots before even being scratched.
"I'm listening." The female Mandalorian pulled out a holodisc that displayed the blueprints of the facility.
"Similarly to the shinies as you called them we can use the ventilation from the top and enter the base from the back. Here we can resupply on weapons and attack the commando droids from behind. " She pointed to the ventilation from the top of the base and followed the path with her finger all the way to just outside the supply closet.
"How do you suggest we get on the roo....Nevermind forget I asked. After this operation I will need that holodisc back as it contains the blueprint of OUR base." Unsettled that the Mandalorian had private military information he knew that even if they took the Holo Disc from them. They would have already made backups.
"One more thing. We cannot shut off the All-Clear yet. We need for the Separatist to arrive in the system. Didn't I say also strike the Separatist back." The female Mandalorian stopped the clones in their tracks before they lowered their weapons.
"What do you mean we can't. If we don't, our home will be destroyed." Some of the Clones were Visibility upset.
"We are going to steal some lucrehulk-class ships from them. Oh by the way I'm Bo-katan of Clan Spartan." Reaching forward to shake the clone's hand Appo reacted and returned her gesture.
"It'll be a pleasure working with you."
