He didn't know what she'd seen exactly. She might've seen them holding hands, she might've seen them embracing. In a worst case scenario, she might have actually watched him kiss Hazel twice. Since, he didn't know exactly what she'd seen, Yuka decided to play it cool by saying,
"So? What if you saw us at the burial grounds?"
"I heard that you were mourning your mother's death. The red blood must be close enough to you for you to be able to bring her with you, to your mother's grave" Anya said and Yuka stared at her with a blank look on his face.
"I don't see the need to talk to you about any of this" he said and started to walk away again. Her next statement stopped him.
"If the king knows how close you have been with the red blood, you know that there are going to be grave consequences. Now, we don't want that, do we?"
Yuka clenched his fist, turmoil building up inside him like a growing whirlwind.
