Resumen
In this world riddled with strife, where even kids know spells, and powerful mages are nobility, Cael was born with no mana at all. An heir to the family of mages, he was his father’s disappointment, and his city’s laughingstock. But who knew that he had a much different destiny? To prevent a looming catastrophe no one else knows about—to stop the Starspawn.
“Blood Mage System activated. Greetings, user. I am your Blood Mage System. Consume the blood of powerful creatures to purchase new abilities.”
With that power, Cael will become a hero able to stand against the fate that crushed countless others—even if the world will call him a demon instead.

Although the novel has a harem and r18, neither are the focus of the story. Cael only has very few (2 right now and at the moment I don't plan on increasing this amount) girls, and there aren't that many r18 scenes. Take that as you may~

Escribe una reseñaIt was good at the start but as the story goes in, my interest in it slowly fade. It was good that he wants to be strong but why does that he only "wants" it, but no "do" it? He needs to consume blood but does not. His family is going to war but why is that he does not upgrade himself?
Revelar spoilerRead what was free for a reference point: The story starts off great for me but slowly goes down hill. MC needs blood to grow but he just trains for weeks. Dude literally could have bought blood especially since he is a noble with money. I did like the fight scenes. They are simple and not overly complicated. The system stops saying where the MC is stat wise after showing it only once so we have no idea how strong he is. World building is almost a flat zero at this point. We have no idea how the society is structured, cultural differences, or the geography of the area. Do they live near forest plains a desert or hills? What towns are north east south or west of the tower. Also most characters have zero emotions other then anger or fear so far. At least they don’t portray them yet. Grammar needs some work a lot of errors are found throughout each chapter. Also some parts just drone on and on saying the same things over and over just in a different way like this is a 1000 word essay and your story not at 300.
Revelar spoilerthe book is quite good. the characters are well fleshed out and the perspective changes from time to time, without leaving you waiting for the main story to progress for more than a few chapters. also this is one of the few books that iIak willing to spend money one rather than wait and read something else for free.
I am enjoying it so far, its a well constructed world and the characters seem with a huge development ahead of them
5 star. Well, the novel is very good, it's unique. What I would like to ask is to post it on pandanovel, please. As I am in high-school I don't have enough money to spend, so I am counting on fast passes, like 1 chapter every 2 days.. I hoped it can get on pandanovel. I know I am asking to much :(
Really easy to get hooked from the first chapter. The characters seem to have some depth at the very start, even though we still know little about most of them, and the grammar is almost perfect. All I can ask for in a webnovel.
This book has high quality writing and has proper grammar. The start is slow but it is worth it.
The writing quality has some hiccups but overall good, the story pace is good but for some of you it might be slow, the system has a good foundation, not just random stuff throwed together. the character is fleshed out well, as for world background haven't reached there yet, but has good potential.
can I ask why the cover is exactly the same with The Game of Blood Mage. While that book got dropped it's really weird having a somewhat similar genre with the same cover
👍 novel author, only if you could give down the names it would be easy to remember them 😅, Other than that it's a good read .
I loved the story from the start, not to mention the author did a great job depicting the world and making you feel like being a part of it.The writing quality is superb, even excellent! I didn't see any grammatical errors, or maybe I didn't pay enough attention, as I was so engrossed in reading the story. I thought she would make a lame story, but I was WRONG! Kudos to her.As she really did a good job into shaping the MC, the results spoke volumes. For the world background, all I can say is that I have inside informations telling me that it's going to be a fun ride. The update stability amazed me tho, didn't think it would be a thing, so I'm simply speechless.Someone worked hard.Good luck with the book! This is a diamond in the rough. Often I go through WN books and pick apart their grammar as I go through the story because I find the mistakes distracting, but I found your story particularly easy to read and few discernable errors in the grammar. I immersed myself easily and, in no time, realized I was ten chapters in. The system isn't too overbearing and doesn't take over half the chapter in an unnecessary way which I like. Despite system being done a lot, this one stands out to me and doesn't disrupt the flow too much. Where I am in the story so far, I really love the family dynamic as it is. I get why the father doesn't want a mana-less heir and he's stern but not a total bag of d*** for seemingly no reason. Plus the mother gives me a really nice feeling. I guess I'm just tired of books filled to the brim with family tragedies and it's nice to see a functional family and good things happening from the very beginning. I look forward to see where this story goes. You deserve more praise and recognition! Great work!
Great writing quality and story development. Finally a book with some good female leads, instead of the typical cardboard ones I see in so many books.
Disclaimer: I have only read up to the end of free chapters. This novel is good. I can quite easily binge thru it, and the flow and characters have good development as well. I read in the Author's notes that there was quite a bit of rewrite. I don't know how much worse it was before, but the current version is very much to my liking. I don't have coins to spend now, but when this novel is complete and I have some FPs and coins to spare, I will definitely come back to continue. Great job and keep it up, Author! And thanks very much for a great read! 👏😽
review as of chap 356:4 on the writing quality because at least once every 2 or 3 chapters there's something that just doesn't make sense the way it's written. it doesn't detract from the story all that much but it's frequent enough that it's worth noting.I'd give the development a 4.5 if I could just because in the early chapters it's kinda haphazard but the author has really turned it around. although the story still feels almost "star trek level episodic" at times, you can still feel a sense of purpose and progression. I do take a bit of issue with the power system of the MC since the scaling feels very plot driven and the upgrades just kinda get splatted in. it's not nearly as bad as most web novels and the fact that system is very much in the background helps the lack of thought put into it.character design is wonderful. would give a 6/5 if I couldworld background is a little lackluster but it's because I'm not a fan of being spoon fed lore with a teaspoon because the author has to make it up halfway through. still good I just like it when a world has more form from the start
Revelar spoilerMinimal grammar/spelling mistakes, the story is good but I feel like the characters, at least in the first 39 seem kind of basic, but I’m assuming that changes and we get introduced to different personalities later on.
I just want to know, why is it on hiatus? Is it going to be finished? If not it’s not worth the time to read

While the writing quality is passable and the plot has some interesting points, the MC completely ruins it. This guy finally gets some power and immediately thinks he is able to accomplish anything. He continously runs headlong into trouble against all notion of sanity and survives purely because of plot armor.I made the mistake of unlocking 10 chapters to see if anything gets better and it doesn't. The guy goes full simp for the woman who lead an army against his family, kidnapped him, and held him hostage. If this is your kind of story, then so be it. Personally, I want a refund for the wasted time reading this.
