When Haldor opened his eyes again, his heart, which had been beating slowly, began to race.
Thump! Thump! Thump!
The world before Haldor's eyes transformed completely. His vision was sharper in the extreme cold, and he had stopped feeling the chill. His hands were full of life, and he felt a warm current coursing through his body with every breath he took.
At this moment, he could say he had come back to life once more.
But there were many noticeable changes in his body—changes that were terrifying to those who saw him for the first time.
The first and most remarkable change was in his eyes. Once black, they were now so blue they seemed to glow.
Haldor had the bluest eyes in the world, eyes that appeared to be a gift from the gods themselves.
Next was his hair, which was now as white as snow. The metamorphosis he had undergone had increased his magical power and turned his hair a new color, as if it had been painted.
Following this was his body. He had grown even more than he already had. His body had increased in size, and muscles that were once noticeable could no longer be hidden. His face, which once had childish features, had transformed completely into that of a man.
Many might call him handsome, but he is never effeminate.
Haldor had the typical features of men from the north, and his ferocity was now evident in his gaze, which stimulated his glances towards others.
When Haldor descended the platform he had climbed, he found numerous armored bears who had stayed to witness the appearance of the star.
Luker himself was present, and when he saw Haldor descend as a new man, his gaze shifted from ferocity to surprise. "Greetings to the Star of the North. From now on, the bears will consider you a brother."
Haldor did not speak until he reached a corner where his clothes were. They no longer fit him, but he had no choice but to wear them as there was nothing else to wear.
"If we want to survive, we must face the darkness, claim new territory, and unite the wild tribes with the free men." Haldor shouted as the color of his eyes grew even more intense.
"To defeat the darkness once more, we must claim our territory within the wall. No one would dare stop us if we were together. We would have power on land and in the air, dominate the battlefield, and crush our enemies."
Roarrr!!!!
The roars of the armored bears echoed in response to Haldor's words.
Everyone was excited because they could finally claim a better fate.
Luker felt the same and shouted, "From now on, the armored bears are allies of Haldor Mondragon, the King of the North."
Roarrr!!!
Shadow Tower
"He hasn't returned, and it's already noon." Baba Voss wanted to go search for Haldor, who had not appeared.
Lucian was equally nervous but could not completely succumb to anxiety.
But at that moment, from the distance, they saw a squadron of armored bears covered in their golden armor.
Lucian was about to send a signal, but from the sky, Azazel, a dragon, pierced the heavens, and Haldor, riding his dragon, descended with force, stirring the snow.
"Show respect; welcome our allies." Haldor, looking completely different, gazed at his soldiers, who simply bowed to the ground in fear of the unknown.
Baba Voss, who was at the door of the Shadow Tower, looked at Haldor and asked, "My Lord, what happened to you?"
"I passed the armored bears' trial; they will fight alongside us. Do you want good armor?" Haldor asked, highlighting the armored bears' great skills with metal.
