Im at chapter 14 so far. And this is by far, one of the silliest Naruto Stories i've ever read. Shigen is an absolute moron for various reasons but the main one is his silly need to manipulate Tobirama (and vice versa). Throughout the first fourish chapters, it becomes abundantly clear that Shigen doesn't actually have to do anything for about fifty to sixity years for his goal. Killing Kaguya and Naruto (if i remember correctly), Naruto and Kaguya wont be a factor for several decades and he can just sit back and let things play out. He's in a world where the conditions for his goal are already being met, him giving Tobirama useless and silly information is stupid since Tobirama seems like he was going to follow a canon path anyway. His stupidity becomes even more apparent when he gives Tobirama (A SEAL MASTER) a cursed seal, hoping to use it to counter the man. Within the same chapter, Tobirama quickly figures out the seal and begins working on a way to master it and effectively stifle it. "If he tries to do something with my edo ttens--" If he wanted to he would have realistically made you a puppet upon your revival. And thats another thing, his goal to break free of the Edo Tensei is needlessy complicated. Madara specifcally states in canon that one only needs to know the hand seals so severe the contract. Meaning, Shigen can just steal Tobirama's research or just ask him through innocent questions, about the nature of the jutsu it self. He already has an image of a benevolent ninja, Tobirama believes him to be this, so why does he need to manipulate him. Assuming he remains in the field of medical ninjutsu, he will eventually reach a point where he can freely ask about the ins and outs of the Edo Tensei. Shigen is in a position where victory will come easy to him because everything is already laid out. There are no real stakes here. Madara's revival is okay but the way it's explained is a bit confsuing. He and Zetsu, while in the mountains of Konoha, can not only see, but they can also hear Tobirama and Shigen...how? How close are they? Keep in mind, the only reason Madara is here is because Tobirama dragged him away from the battlefield. IF THAT IS THE CASE, WHY IS HIS BODY BEING KEPT SO CLOSE TO THE VILLAGE IF Tobirama HAS PLANS OF DISSECTION AND STUDY? I cant decide on who's the bigger idiot between Shigen and Tobirama. Tobirama seems to lack any kind of brain power, asking Shigen to stifle information about the relation between the Uchiha and Senju since it would lead to favoritism from Hashiramas end. WHY? According to Tobirama (Ill speak on the nature of information later.) Theres infighting within the clans of Konoha. Now, if Shigen tells Hashirama about the familial relation, why would the HOKAGE, fresh from the warring states period, not actively work to reduce infighting? Why would he show favoritism if he knows theres infighting? Hell even the reason given for his theorized favoritism is so weak, since one could easily go, wait, Tobirama (THE SECOND IN COMMAND) could use Hashirama's favoritism to the Uchiha to allow a passage of laws and stripping of rights under the guise of preventative measures. Especially if he reveals the supposed inherited violence of the Uchiha clan. Tobirama is essentially wasting an opportunity to subtly control the Uchiha. The way information is delivered in this story is so eugh. Massive exposition dumps and internal monologues that reveal that these characters can only be manipulated because they are incredibly stupid. A prime example of this being the way Shigen tells Tobirama about the inherent violence and extremism present within the Uchiha clan. While its true that the sharingan is trigged by intense emotional moments, its plainly silly for both characters to push the notion that the more powerful an Uchiha becomes, the more extreme they become. One could just look at the rest of the clan (Excluding just two people) and go, "Eh--i don't think thats true". As far as both Shigen and Tobirama cna tell, these accusations and assertions are demonstrably false. Their narrative can only draw on two examples, and both of those examples are two dead people, Madara and Indra. We just have to take Tobiramas word for it, in the same way we have to take Zetsu's word for it and Shigens word for it about the nature of the world. Claims of Hashirama bringing peace are ultimately unfounded and contradicted by Tobirama calling the world unstable. We have yet to see evidence of either being true and assuming that the claims of instability are true, it would make no sense for anyone to claim peace as the dominating ideology. I'll write a more formulated review later since im only 14 chapters deep.
Revelar spoilerThis is really an unusually good book, I guess that's what you expect from a good Chinese book, the main character's words despite knowing are lies, really are impactful, the buildup done in this book makes it a fun read for me, especially how MC lies, people aren't dumbed down to show MC is smart, at least tha'ts what I think after reading till ch 25
Incomplete chapters. not continuation between previous and next chapters. not recommended for reading.
Not bad for start, black zetsu emotional tsk tsk author you have great imagination. The thing is the moment the mc come back with his real corps, who can stop him ? After all, rinnegan + eternal Sharingan , its an op configuration
It's a very fun and engaging story, there isn't much explanation about Mc's past or his system, but what was explained about his past is interesting and well summarized, the story is good and I recommend it, Chinese translation or not. Note: I don't know if it's a Chinese FanFiction 🤣🤣🤣👍
Pretty well written, story building is valid. It makes sense so far, no plot holes yet, keep it up. More chapters pls

Interesting story, but basically completely unreadable at the moment. The last few updates have been missing chapters and leaves the story a jumbled mess. Seriously need to sort this out
Man, this is some good stuff. You’re missing out if you don’t read this. Don’t bother reading any other reviews. Put this at the top of you reading list. Just read it
Emiya Shigen is a fictional character, so the description of his characteristics and abilities may vary depending on the source. However, it can be assumed that Emiya Shigen is a hero or anti-hero in some fantasy world or story. If you can specify what kind of work or universe we are talking about, I can give a more precise and specific answer.

since there isn't enough review to promote this book—which I believe is a translation—I'm gonna do one. it's to be taken into account I've currently read up to chapter 14 (the latest as i'm writing this). Writing quality (5) : it's good. nothing extravagant, it's smooth, no errors. much better than most translations you're gonna find, I think. simple yet good for a simple read; something I prefer. there's no info dump and neither cringe dialogue. the narration is pretty funny, though sometimes exaggerated. i'd say, those who want a completely serious story will not always be satisfied, but i'd recommend trying it out since it's not that overwhelming with the MC being the main perpetrator behind the funny narration. Stability of updates (5): many chapters already and it started not too long ago if I remember correctly—14 chapters in 6 days to be exact. Story development (5): up to now, the initial idea is pretty original. however, the direction it's headed seems pretty simple—or mysterious as it hasn't been completely revealed since the author has merely left clues— but, hey, as long as it's enjoyable, i'm all for it. a simple idea doesn't make it a bad idea. Character design (5): what I enjoy the most about this story is the interactions between the characters. their persona is really well represented (maybe a bit too caricatured sometimes, though). the MC has a system it seems, but its influence is almost null up to now (and i'm a system hater). he's also really smart from what I've read, though Zetsu seems a bit too dumb when it comes to MC (it's funny though). however, I could accept his slightly reduced IQ when it concerns the MC due to the circumstances of their meeting—also, it makes the story more enjoyable in this case. World background (5): while the story, being in its beginning, is pretty limited in content, from what I've read, the author was able to integrate the history of the Naruto world and its present dynamic very well. ***sorry, if this isn't a translation (i just saw there wasn't any disclaimer about it being a translation). i might've mistaken it for one since Michael, the webnovel author, usually does translations. though, if it is a translation, putting a disclaimer would be preferable. everything else I've said previously remains true, however.
