As he approached the bank, he noticed a familiar figure waiting at the entrance. Diluc, with his serious demeanor, stood by the door, nodding at Satoshi as he approached.

It'll keep track of every transaction made at the bank, store information digitally, and allow us to access any record within seconds. No more rifling through old ledgers."
Diluc leaned over the blueprint, his eyes scanning the design. "And this… ELS, it will make the bank more efficient? Fewer mistakes, faster service?"
Satoshi nodded. "Exactly. It'll also make it easier for people to open accounts, deposit money, or even take out loans. We're also going to introduce something called a debit card—a way for people to access their money without needing to carry it around in Mora form."
Elzer looked amazed. "That sounds incredible. If we could really do all that, it would change how we operate entirely."
Diluc looked at Satoshi, his expression approving. "You have my support, Satoshi. Whatever you need to make this happen, I'll provide."

There were gasps of amazement from the crowd, and people began to murmur excitedly. One of the older citizens, a woman named Greta, raised her hand. "Does this mean we won't have to wait in line for hours anymore?"
Satoshi smiled. "Exactly. With this system, transactions will be much faster, and you'll be able to access your accounts without all the paperwork. We want to make banking a smoother experience for everyone."
