Capítulo 41: Chapter 40: Unfair
After dealing with all the flying monsters, Tohru and I both landed near where Hajime and Shea were fighting.
There, we saw that with each of her swings, Shea was sending monsters flying. With her upgraded 'Drucken' and <Body Enhancement>, every monster that came across her was completely helpless.

On the other side, Hajime takes out multiple monsters at the same time with each of his bullets. "Tsk, it's taking too much time. If this keeps up, I will be out of bullets," he muttered as he took out a few ogres by himself.
"Hmm… what's this?" muttering he looked at the half-dead ogre which was larger than the others. Now that he looks closely at it, it's giving him the same feel as…
Widening his eyes he scanned all the monsters in his preferred vision. "I see," saying as he fired a bullet at a wolf much larger in size than the others, which was standing behind the pack, observing. Just as he did the other wolf suddenly stopped, which was enough time for Hajime to take out the wolf's pack.

Rihito saw Hajime's sudden pause and walked up to him, asking. "Hey did you find something?"
Hajime then looked at me with a frown and spoke, "I just found out, how that blacked-robed guy was able to control so many monsters?"
With an imperceivable smile, Rihito asked, "How?"
"It's simple really, so simple that even a small kid with basic information could tell. Control the leader and the whole tribe follows. There is no way that black-robed guy controlled 60000 monsters one by one, it is far more convenient to control their leader." he finished speaking. Then suddenly his eyes widened and he started to glare at me.
"..."
Rihito facing the sudden glare of Hajime, looked confused and asked, "What?"
"You already knew about it, didn't you?"
"..."
"Umm… yeah, kinda." I hesitantly said.
As he thought this bastard already knew about it. Veins bulging on his head, he asked, "If you knew about it why didn't you say it sooner? If you had done that we could have come up with a plan, instead of facing them head-on like this."
"..."
Rihito not meeting Hajime's eyes, awkwardly said. "Yeah… thing is I wanted to use some of my powers and the monster army was the perfect guinea pig for that. So, I stayed silent."
"..."
Hajime hearing Rihito's reason felt exhausted. He then sternly said, "No more games let's finish this war and go back."
Just then Hajime sensed something was sneaking after him.
Rihito saw this and said, "You sensed it as well?" This time Hajime didn't respond. He was focused on the enemy.
Rihito then let him do his thing and focused on the bunch who were trying to sneak after him.

On the other side of the battlefield, a few meters ahead was few large boulders lying around. Behind those boulders, someone was standing watching over the battlefield from the start.
This is none other than Shimizu Yukitoshi who had control of the army of monsters. Shimizu with his army of 60000 thought, who could stop him? He was sure even those gold adventures, who had said to be able to beat S-class monsters wouldn't be able to face an army of such proportions.
He was elated to see his army conquer the city. In his mind Shimizu imagined himself sitting on a golden throne as a Heroic Emperor and all kinds of ladies serving him. Shimizu can't wait to see this future come true.
He then focused on the battle; Shimizu decided to do a two-wave attack. So, he divided his army into two and ordered the first group to charge forward.
But then he witnessed something he didn't imagine in his wildest dream. From the sky some kind of explosions Rain down wiping out the whole army.
"..."
Shimizu seeing this was in disbelief "What the fuck was that, what kind of artefact did they use?"
Shimizu seeing the display didn't think, that it was an attack done by someone. He firmly believed it was some kind of ancient artefact from the age of gods.
"That has to be it," Shimizu muttered. He then calmed himself and spoke to himself, "There is no need to panic I still have half of the army, it's still an army of 30000. There is no way whoever used that artefact can fire that attack twice."
After muttering to himself he ordered the second wave to charge forward. And just as he thought the attack from the sky didn't come.
Shimizu saw this and laughed to himself "Hahaha… yess!! This is where my story began. My Story of a True Heroic Emperor."
But to his distress, from on top of the newly made wall, high-level magic attacks were fired, which slowly exterminated the army.
Shimizu seeing such a scene screeched with bloodshot eyes "What the fuck?"
In anger, he started to pull his hair "No, no, no no no! That was an army of 60000, how are they fighting like that? There's not even half left!! Why did no one tell me about them? If only someone had told me about them. I would have…"
"Grouuu"
Shimizu hearing the growl looked at the pack of wolves he kept with him for protection, seeing them his eyes lit up," No… I still had them, these strange four-eyed wolves. They were given by those demons, who recognised me as the true hero. These wolves are incredibly fast, with them I should be able to deal with those damn adventurers."
Then with a sinister smile, Shimizu ordered "Accept the big one everyone go rip those damn adventurers apart, kill them."
As the four-eyed wolves left, Shimizu spoke, "I will show you, I am the Real Hero."

On the other side of the battlefield. Rihito was dealing with a few four-eyed wolves. Whenever he tries to attack them, they move as if they could see the future. Although I was not using my <Super human speed>, but to still able to avoid my attack, I was impressed. At first, I thought it was their instincts, but when I used <Presence Assimilation> and attacked them they still dodged.
After that, I was certain they had some kind of future-seeing skill, similar to Shea's skill. I used <Archmage> to analyse the wolf and found out the skill name is...
"<Future Prediction>," Seeing this, I copied it and used it against the wolves themselves.
Currently, there are four, four-eyed wolves surrounding me. I used it on the one which was baiting me. The moment I used <Future Prediction> I was able to see the path the wolf was about to move on. I then stealthily looked at the wolf at the left which readied itself to attack me the moment I moved. But it didn't work on it. I was confused for a second and realised it only works with one person at a time.
"I see, so it's an inferior version of Shea's <Future Sight>," saying that. I lept at the wolf on my left, which was prepared to attack me. It then uses its skill and tries to jump away. But this time I was using my speed. It was impossible for it to run away from me. Then one by one all four wolves fell.
"..."
After dealing with them I was getting worried for Shea. So, I went there to see her, and there I saw Tohru helping Shea deal with those wolves. Tohru was covering Shea's blind spots, and it turns out Shea was covering Tohru's. Soon they killed all the wolves surrounding them.
Seeing them safe I then focused on the rest of the monsters which are controlled by the robed guy.

Hajime after riping the last wolf's head scanned his surroundings to see if any more brainwashed monsters were left. Finding none, he muttered, "Guess he took care of them."
Hajime then released his bloodlust and pressure on full power at the same time on his surroundings. All the monsters suddenly stopped sensing the bloodlust, they didn't dare move, they felt as if they moved, they would die.
Hajime saw the complete silence on the battlefield and lowered his bloodlust slightly, roaringly saying, "Fuck off."
Hearing that roar all the monsters ran away like their life depended on it, they ran away from the monster of the abyss.

Rihito, seeing all the monsters run away in terror was quite a new experience. While the monsters ran, I observed a few bumps into each other and fall down and those monsters got crushed by the monsters who were running behind them. And just like that 1000 or so monsters went back to the forest.
I then noticed Shea, Tohru and Hajime walking up to me. Shea was animatedly talking with Tohru, to which Tohru looked awkward. Then Shea notices me and lept high in my direction. I had to catch her in a princess carry.
"Rihito~, I had really worked hard~, praise me~," Shea wined like a child.
"Yeah, yeah you did great." I praised her as she wanted. Shea giggled to herself and wrapped her arms around my shoulders and neck. Then I suddenly felt a glair on my back. Immediately understanding where it was coming from, I turned around with Shea in tow and spoke, "You too Tohru, you were a big help."
To which Tohru smiled Happily, "Thank you Master~"
"..."
After I praised them, Hajime spoke, "That's good and all, but we still haven't found the main culprit."
Releasing Shea from my arms, I said, "Yeah."
Then both of us looked in the direction where a few large boulders were situated. From there suddenly someone came out riding a wolf, the wolf the robed guy was riding was similar to the one we killed, just a little bigger. It was running in the direction of the forest.
Hajime saw this, pulled out his 'Schlagen', and pointed in the black-robed guy's direction.
Tohru upon noticing the robed guy was about to charge off. Before she moved, I stopped her, and said, "Calm down, don't worry you will get your chance."
Tohru growled in anger as he looked in the direction of the black-robed guy, or should I say, Shimizu.
Hajime then Fired 'Schlagen'.
"Bang!"
A bullet charged with electricity penetrated the wolf, killing it instantly and leaving Shimizu unharmed. But due to the momentum, Shimizu stumbled around and stopped a few meters ahead.

"Why, why, why is this happening to me?" Shimizu wondered this from the moment he came to this world.
Shimizu didn't understand, "Why is everyone so useless? Why does he have to go through all this? Wasn't he supposed to be the hero who saved this world? Then why does that job belong to someone else?"
Wasn't he the only one who was supposed to get summoned? Then why was everyone else summoned with him? It was not fair, "I was the one supposed to be the true hero," Shimizu muttered before he fainted from the crash.
