[Day 111: After half an hour of waiting Shizune finally arrived, like you had guessed there were several chunins following her, and each of them had a stack of paper with them. In seconds everyone quietly walked up to a seat, after a quick headcount, the number being 42, the chunin distributed the exam sheet and the test started, like you predicted the exam was mainly focused on memorization of all the books that you were given. You did okay and successfully answered almost all of the questions. "Turn your paper over before leaving, those who pass would be contacted by the administration department by tomorrow." Having a bit of free time, you went to Danzo-sama with the intention of continuing your research into space-time Ninjutsu. You were granted an audience relatively easily as you were a regular face in this part of the base now. After closing the gate behind you, you explained your reasoning and also deciphered the parts of the Hishirin that you were able to deconstruct to better present your case. After a brief moment of silence, Danzo finally stood up and opened his secret compartment once again, he took out a small scroll before giving it to you, "This is a contract scroll for one of the messenger hawks, you can form a blood contract but the scroll needs to be stored here."]

'This would do since I have a trait that would help me learn medical ninjutsu, I can focus more on Hiraishin.'
[Day 111: You open up the contract scroll, there were numerous names written with blood on the scroll but your attention was focused on the borders of the scroll, there were several complex patterns that make up the contract scroll's border. You undid Seal Compression and carefully studied the whole seal, once again you found several components that were different but this time you were easily able to identify the rest of the seal. After half an hour of memorizing the seal, you gave the scroll back and went back to the archives and started your research on trigger seals.]

[Day 112: You woke up to the tapping of a messenger hawk on your window, you hurriedly opened the door and retrieved the scroll stored in its pouch. You read the scroll from the administration department and found that you were being transferred from the reserve force to a combat medic role under the Konoha hospital and were required to be present for your first assignment in a couple of hours. After a quick bath, you left for a quick set of morning exercises in training ground 21. The Hospital was lively when you arrived, after showing the scroll at the front desk you were told to go to Room #005. The room wasn't large, once you entered the room you found several unknown faces in the room, after waiting for a while the number of people in the room came to a stop at 23 before Shizune arrived with a few other medical-nin in tow. After a swift headcount, you were given some basic rules to follow before the class began and Shizune started teaching about the anatomy of the human body. The lecture continued for a couple of hours as Shizune finished describing all the different types of organs, muscles, bones, and tendons that make up the human body. After the other medic-nin that came with her distributed another batch of reading materials you were dismissed. While walking back to your room you realized that your INT stat has grown by 1 point after listening to the lecture.]

'1 point, that's a lot, if every lecture on medical knowledge gives a decent boost in INT stat then I can consider repeating everything for grinding stats in the future.'
Hiroshi read through the paragraph absentmindedly, he wasn't that thrilled with the recent direction, and only the 1 point in INT managed to catch his attention, his main focus was still on ways to improve his fuinjutsu enough to try and learn the Hiraishin.
'There are several possible factors that are stopping me from learning the Flying Thunder God, maybe the most prominent one among them is the fact that my Fuinjutsu is not high enough, with just Lvl-3 {Advanced Fuinjutsu} I may not have enough knowledge to learn the Flying Thunder God, but maybe if I can focus on grinding, it would give me a chance. Other than that according to the simulation, everyone needed to figure out every component of the Flying Thunder God seal that works with their chakra type, that would require a lot of trial and error so maybe I should break down learning Hiraishin into stages...'
Hiroshi focused all his thoughts on trying to influence the actions of his counterpart into learning the Hiraishin after doing the bare minimum for his new medical class. He tried to influence his actions in the simulations in such a way that it doesn't violate any of Danzo's orders.
[Day 113: You woke up after memorizing almost half of the books regarding anatomy last night even though you had a week till the next class you decided to finish the books today and then focus on breaking down the creation of Hiraishin into 3 steps. After around 8 hours of memorization, you close the final book. You took a short break before you sat down and began breaking down the Hiraishin into three steps. The first part would be the trigger seal, or something like a broadcast signal. Each of the jutsu formulae for Hiraishin had something like a signal that intimately resonates with the user's chakra, in theory, the user should be able to accurately sense all jutsu formulae once he was in contact with just one link of the whole system. The second part would be the space isolation seals, the main component of the formulae when triggered the seal should isolate the space that is in contact with the user's chakra on both ends and create a stable isolated space for a split second. The third part would be the switching seal, the isolated spaces would then be switched at a moment's notice following along with the signal from the trigger seal. While you were able to debug the Hiraishin into 3 different components, creating just the trigger seal itself was a very complicated task, the trigger seal needed to be custom-made based on the user's chakra, and you had several ideas as you started by modifying the trigger seal of Tobirama-sama's formulae to your own use.]

Hiroshi thought for a while, it made sense that most people wouldn't be able to learn the Hiraishin, maybe the Uzumaki clan could have figured it out but to his knowledge, the formulae and theory behind the Hiraishin never left Konoha. Creating a trigger seal that resonates with your own chakra meant that for each individual, the trigger seal would be different, as example, let's say Tobirama-sama's chakra had a natural tendency to lean towards Water natured, but the degree varied from shinobi to shinobi. Some other water-natured shinobi won't be able to use his seal by just providing a tiny bit of chakra into it, maybe his affinity towards water won't be as strong as Tobirama's. Similarly, Naruto won't be able to just use the Hiraishin that his father created because although they were both wind natured Minato had a minor Lightning affinity too.
'If I can just learn one of the three components of the Hiraishin then I could continue the research into creating a jutsu formulae for suited for me in the later simulations. I should also start creating a clone to grind toward MAX advanced Fuinjutsu just in case I managed to survive till the end.'

AN- So there is my theory on how the Hiraishin works and how no one other than Minato and Tobirama ever used this jutsu ever, What do you think, it works right?
